sonata 22500 inspection

Great Experience!

As soon as we walked in the door, a salesman, was there to greet us with a smile and take us to the car we wanted to test drive. They had the car right outside freshly washed and sparkly. It was a great experience buying a car from Walser.

Quick and easy

Ken is friendly and knowledgeable about the service department and makes you feel welcome. Oil change was done faster than originally promised. Definitely recommend to others for service.

Walser experience

Troy was great to work with. Very knowledgeable, friendly and not pushy. Very positive experience. Only down side was the no negotian in the price.

Friendly and Communicative

Although Walser was unable to find the source of the smell of exhaust in the cabin of my Sante Fe, the Service Advisor, Michael, was friendly and very attentive. He assured me the work I needed done would not take as long as I anticipated and now I wonder if enough time was allowed for complete diagnostics. I would have gladly given Walser a five-star rating if they had found the source the exhaust odor so I wouldn't have to roll down the windows to prevent my eyes from smarting. On the way home from the dealership I smelled exhaust again, despite the odor eliminator they sprayed behind the new cabin filter. I now wonder if they should have checked all the door seals and perhaps checked for any fluid leakage. If they did check, it wasn't mentioned to me. Am I wrong to believe the dealership should have given me additional options, perhaps even suggesting I should return for additional diagnostics? Under no circumstances should anyone be smelling exhaust fumes in the cabin of their car. The smell of exhaust is intermittent but carbon monoxide effects are cumulative.

Great team

We came in for service related to a recall and the service team was very knowledgeable about other questions we threw at them. While waiting we took a couple test drives since we were in the market for a new vehicle. The sales team was not pushy, trying to get us to buy the most expensive vehicle on the lot. Instead listened to our needs to fit us with the "right" vehicle. The whole process was smooth and the fastest we've ever experienced with making a new vehicle purchase.

Kenneth was out to greet me as soon as I pulled into the garage. He helped decide which 2 of 4 recalls to do to cut the time down from a 4 hour estimated time. Rescheduled for the other 2 recalls.Very pleased with the service.
