The service department lost the paperwork on my car and I ended up waiting twice as much time as was needed. I waited in the shop and after the allotted time that I was supposed yo want I checked in at the service advisor desk. He said that the paperwork was put to the side and hadn't been started yet. The overall Service Manager came out and was very not concerned at at. Wanted to get me a rental. But I use my car and couldn't accept the rental. I needed to wait for the car. He said I'd have to wait for the car to be fixed. Basically that was all the Service Manager had said. I didn't see him again during my visit. The Service Advisor Carl Riedl was very compassionate and came and followed up with me during the additional time to get the car fixed. If only the actual Service Manager had the same compassion. My time is just as valuable as your time. I was not happy that it was almost doubled the amount of time that it took to get the car actually fixed from what was promised.

We bought a car here paid in full a 2022 Tucson and the transmission completely failed. We had to borrow a car from a relative while we waited to get a loaner car. We waited almost a month to get the new transmission installed. When it was finally installed it was Thursday fishing opener weekend I was getting ready to go up north and they called and said it was done that morning. I asked if we could pick it up Monday they said that Hyundai corporate will need me to bring the loaner car back immediately or I would be charged for the loaner car. I thought that was insane because after a month I just need to drop everything I’m doing and go to Hyundai and pick up my car that the transmission went out on or else I’ll be charged for the inconvenience of the loaner car. After we got the car back it worked fine for a bit then it started to shift odd again so now we are forced to once again drop everything we are doing to go and drop it off and somehow spawn another car to get to work that was supposed to be fixed already, we don’t have another car we thought when we purchased the car that it was in good shape. So explain to me how we get to work while we wait to be approved for the loaner car that was taken back because the car was “fixed”. We needed to drop everything and go get our car same day so I don’t understand how the car wasn’t test driven to make sure it was actually fixed. They want to rush me but they can take over a month to fix the car. I didn’t call non stop and try to rush them into fixing the transmission nor did I give them any grief about how ridiculous it is that a transmission on a car with 30000 miles literally fails. When you pay for something in full that is very expensive you expect to get something out of it. Hyundai has been a terrible experience we are losing valuable time running back and fourth to Hyundai wasting resources trying to borrow family cars. This time we don’t have a car to borrow and we have to wait for a new loaner car to be approved so what should we do… Call in to work? This has been nothing but a headache and we wish we went with another company. Don’t bring your business here bring it elsewhere.

Overall, took too long to complete the issues.
Overall, took too long to complete the issues. That being said, the staff was friendly and committed to getting multiple issues sorted and corrected. They did a good job of communicating, and all issues have been fixed. During the process they allowed me to use a loaner vehicle so my inconvenience was basically zero. I would come back to them, I have had consistently good experiences from Walser.

Arrived on time and told service tech I was there for my
Arrived on time and told service tech I was there for my complimentary oil change and tire rotation . He said okay they would get right on it. After being told my Santa Fe was done he had me come out to sign paperwork and said I was good to go. After pulling out off the service bay I stopped to check over paperwork. Right away I noticed there was no mention that they did the tire rotation. Very disappointed in the follow up off the service tech, I feel he was probably not even listening to what I said when I arrived. I did not have the time to go back in and wait more time.
