Slight oil leak on just purchased, used car from them.

Slight oil leak on just purchased, used car from them. Luckily my extra warranty will cover the repair in future when it is identified, after it gets worse. Although the inspection process, and warranty process are confusing, Natasha is a very good , friendly and very knowledgeable service advisor to work with.

Walter Hyundai was easy to work with while leasing our

Walter Hyundai was easy to work with while leasing our 2nd Tucson through them. The sales person (Azzaria Felix) was very friendly and knowledgeable discussing our options and choice of vehicles!!! Also, Walser Hyundai’s process of working strictly with the sales person (including the ‘finance piece’) saves time. At other dealerships, one works with both the sale person and a finance manager. (This makes for a long 5 hour day, instead of the 3 and one-half hour time period at Walser!!)

Azza was fantastic to work with in getting my new Hyundai

Azza was fantastic to work with in getting my new Hyundai Ioniq 5. She was very knowledgeable without putting pressure on me to make a decision. She was super friendly and I'd get a new car and recommend from Walser again!

Don’t rely on the time frame they give you for your service to be done. Was told it would only take about 2 hours, didn’t have my car for a whole weekend.

The entire process was awful, zero communication even

The entire process was awful, zero communication even after buying the car, dealership only wanted to communicate when we had issues with financing wouldn’t recommend buying from these guys.
