Liberty Mazda in Wakefield is always accommodating and polite, in my experience! I've been coming here for years and would recommend to anyone with a Mazda in the area. Andy and the parts department helped me right away with my broken rearview mirror, even though I didn't have an appointment. Thank you for always helping me maintain a safe vehicle, Liberty Mazda!

Purchase experience was great, unfortunately the finance

Purchase experience was great, unfortunately the finance department destroyed any integrity of this dealership. When I purchased my car I also purchased and financed an extended service contract that I canceled it a few days later. I understand that the refund is processed and refunded on the balance of the loan at the bank I financed through and it takes a little time. It’s now going on 4 months and they still haven’t processed and refunded the money to my account. It took more than 26 calls and multiple voicemails ,none of which were returned, until I eventually got through to someone who explained that the refund was “misplaced “ and the check was on the way to the bank. That was 2 weeks ago. My next step will unfortunately have to be legal action. So if you’re considering a dealership, you might want to look elsewhere.

Be warned this place is a little shady… It’s going on 4

Be warned this place is a little shady… It’s going on 4 months and I’m still waiting for this dealership to refund the money from the extended service contract cancelled shortly after purchasing a vehicle to the bank that holds my loan. After over 26 calls and multiple voicemails, all unreturned I eventually got an explanation that the refund was “misplaced “. Still waiting 2 weeks later.

Hello, My experience was HORRIBLE and I wouldn’t recommend this dealer to anyone. Unless the car is brand new! I DONT normally leave bad reviews. But, it was that bad! Totally a waste of time!!! Thanks, Customer that didn’t buy a car at Mazda

Excellent service at the dealership, mr.

Excellent service at the dealership, mr. Rafael Perez helped me with all my questions and made the process of purchasing my car really easy. I would definitely recommend him to anybody buying a car, he’s great!

Through two car leases and multiple maintenance service

Through two car leases and multiple maintenance service appointments, I continue to be impressed with Liberty Mazda. I highly recommend them if you're in the market for a Mazda or want to bring your Mazda to a very honest dealer service department. I came to the Mazda brand from Lexus, and I think Liberty Mazda beats my previous Lexus dealership by a mile in customer service and absolutely no oversell of needless service.

Integrity is not something that is typically thought of

Integrity is not something that is typically thought of when it comes to car dealerships. We recently had a fantastic experience at Liberty Mazda purchasing a certified pre owned Mazda. I’d like to especially thank Pete and Tom for making us feel comfortable with making our choice and decision. Pete walked us thorough the many features of different models explained everything we could possibly have questions about and demonstrated all the features of the model we chose answering any questions that we had. When we chose the vehicle we wanted he introduced to Tom who handed the financing. Tom was able to get us a fair interest rate, and walked us through all the confusing paperwork that comes with purchasing and financing a car. He answered all our questions and gave us many options in regards to the Mazda certified warranty and additional warranty and service contracts.To have people like Pete and Tom providing such gentle and knowledgeable assistance when making such an expensive and confusing purchase reflects the overall integrity of this dealership. Thank you Pete and Tom
