Emailed on a monday about 2 CPO mazdas to make appt to see and test drive on wed. Alyssa told us yes. texted on wed an hour before we were leaving to confirm our appointment and make sure both cars were still available. Alyssa confirmed. Got to dealership and Nate greeted us. he was not expecting us and did not know about appt. we went to lot and walked around looking for them for 25 minutes - he tried to show us the wrong car. we pointed that out and he suggested going inside so he could find out where the car was. 20 minutes later, he came back and told us that car was recently sold. he then disappeared to find our about the 2nd car, 15 minutes later, he told us that car was also recently sold. we then asked if we could test drive the car in the lot that he did show us, 20 minutes later he came back and said he was sorry but it was too close to closing time to let us take it out. I kid you not!! while we did so much waiting, we noticed on their website that it says they will bring the car to you. so as we were leaving, we told the manager how disappointed we were, esp since we called to confirm our appointment an hour before leaving and reminded Alyssa that we were not close by (about 1 1/2 hours in traffic). he did not seem to care, even a little and did not apologize. we said if we look at another car, we would take them up on the service to bring the car to us and he laughed out loud. "we dont do that!!" we said it was on his website and he said that was during the pandemic, which was 6 years ago! they took up about 4 1/2 hours of out time, including commute. Absolutely shocking and terrible service! We went to 495 mazda a few days later. 100% different experience. gave them 5 stars and bought a car!

Andy and the parts department helped me right away with my broken rearview mirror, even though I didn't have an appointment. Thank you for always helping me maintain a safe vehicle, Liberty Mazda!

Purchase experience was great, unfortunately the finance department destroyed any integrity of this dealership. When I purchased my car I also purchased and financed an extended service contract that I canceled it a few days later. I understand that the refund is processed and refunded on the balance of the loan at the bank I financed through and it takes a little time. It’s now going on 4 months and they still haven’t processed and refunded the money to my account. It took more than 26 calls and multiple voicemails ,none of which were returned, until I eventually got through to someone who explained that the refund was “misplaced “ and the check was on the way to the bank. That was 2 weeks ago. My next step will unfortunately have to be legal action. So if you’re considering a dealership, you might want to look elsewhere.

Through two car leases and multiple maintenance service appointments, I continue to be impressed with Liberty Mazda. I highly recommend them if you're in the market for a Mazda or want to bring your Mazda to a very honest dealer service department. I came to the Mazda brand from Lexus, and I think Liberty Mazda beats my previous Lexus dealership by a mile in customer service and absolutely no oversell of needless service.
