These guys are scammers. I paid 4 grand for my jeep and ive already had to fix alot of stuff they said worked fine. I sent a co worker there and he financed a newer car and within a week it already has a check engine light. And another co worker went in and bought a big SUV and within a week it was broken down needing 1 grand of repairs. These guys dont fix anything they throw a band aid on it and call it good.

They Don’t care about customer satisfaction
I bought a car from them that broke down within 24 hours. Called them to see what other options I have if I couldn’t exchange it. Spoke to the manager and all he said was “it’s not the end of the world, just fix the problem because you signed the AS IS form” basically just stuck with the problem. Now I’m stuck with a huge loan and a broke down car. Bad experience and a waste of my time trying to negotiate something with them

WOW what a great group & GRASSFED TAGG RANCH BEEF
For a preowned auto dealership i was amazed at the beautiful facility. The staff goes out of their way to be certain you are comfortable and then they ask you what your perfect vehicle would be. Once the questions are answered they go out into their giant inventory and find exactly what you need. Brian Lux & Allen Henry are awesome and welcome me every time i come in like i am family. I have brought many friends and family there and all of them are so happy with their vehicles because the best car deal doesnt mean cheapest price. Paying a few hundred more for a truck that is in perfect running condition and is a local one owner is a far better deal than payin a couple thousand less for a Canadian, who knows how many owners, that is rusted through. I am a customer forever!!

Been in twice, walked out both times happy
I got my first car from bickmore and my second car. Both times I was treated with respect and kindness. My first car lasted me with no problems so when it was time for an upgrade I went back. They worked out a very fair loan and got me the GMC I wanted. They don't just treat you like a paycheck, they treat you correct.

Stay away!!
Was sold an unsafe vehicle confirmed by Kia. Brian (GM) told Kia to not tell me and to just get the check engine light off. The suspension, fuel tank, and tie rod are damaged and Kia advised me to return the vehicle back to Bickmore. Bickmore is claiming it will cost $40 to fix which is complete BS, they have the report from Kia. Yesterday ended in being threatened by the owner to get off his lot or he would call the cops because I was understandably upset. They won’t trade the vehicle out or do anything. I’ve had it less than two weeks with issue after issue. Stay away from these crooks!!!

I normally try to have positive responses to the reviews. But there are some people you cannot make happy no matter what. We tried very hard to make you happy, but lets back up and mention how you lied to us about the ability to get your drivers license, that took an extra week, then you would not call people back that needed to verify employment and such for loan approvals. You could not be bothered for any of this but demanded instant service when you walked in the door to our showroom to have us look at the car, you threw a fit that you had to wait for 15 minutes. Several vendors we do business with questioned your character and I had to apologize to them for having to deal with you. Yes we had some issues with the car, i offered you to get into another car and you did not want to do that. Instead you wanted to move forward with diagnosing the kia, so we offered to pay for diagnosis and possible repairs, plus we could have used the warranty that we paid for you to have included in the sale price for help on the repairs, the mechanic at kia who i paid to diagnose the check engine light did not even do that for some reason.... and advised he was going to tell you to bring the car back, i did not tell them to not tell you about issues with the car that was a misunderstanding evidently . At this point i had not ruled out the possibility of getting you into another vehicle. When we were taking a second look at the car to verify kia's observations (which you agreed to....) you entered into our shop area (underneath the car) and started yelling and screaming, using profanity and calling us liars, I tried to calm you down and ask that you please leave the shop area being a liability issue, you continued yelling and screaming and cussing, at that point the owner was upset and was not going to allow you talking to to us that way and asked that you leave the property. At this point we felt that we no longer want to try and help. We are sorry the whole thing turned out this way and wished were were able to come to a peaceful solution. Good luck!
Bum transmission
Bought a truck for $10k. Saved up for a long time. A month later the transmission died. $5k fix. Now I'm broke! No warrantee. The manager basically said "tough luck." Never go here.

2004 Saab
I drove to Gresham from Tigard to see a 2004 saab the had listed on CL and was approached br Brian Lux not only was he helpful but he pointed out several things that would need fixing on the car .. all minor ... he was reasonable in the price negotiations and made sure i was comfortable with the sale ... love the car got the items fixed at my saab mech for less than he discounted it .Would go back if i needed another car.
