Smooth, pleasurable, and productive.
Kevin O. listened to what I wanted in a new car, helped me with turning in my lease, was very informative as to the process of upgrading a lease. Throughout the day I worked with a total of three gentlemen, Kevin, Josh, and Curtis. All very pleasant to work with, all jumped through hoops to get me what I wanted. A long day, yes, but pleasant and fun at the same time.

Honda Roadside Assistance
Walked out to my vehicle on a Monday morning to leave for work. Unfortunately my car would not start and the battery appeared to be dead. I reached out to Folsom Lake Honda for advice on trouble experienced with a vehicle only one-year old. The service rep (Lynn I believe) kindly suggested to contact Honda Roadside Assistance. I contacted Roadside Assistance and was scheduled to have someone come to my residence to jump the vehicle. The only complaint I have about the Roadside Assistance is the 45 minute to 1-hour long wait before my vehicle could be jumped. Once Honda Roadside arrived, my vehicle was jump-started and I was on my way to the dealership. The service technician ran some tests while doing paperwork and confirmed the battery was faulty. I had a wait for a vehicle bay to become available before the battery could be replaced. After everything was said and done, I had a new battery replaced under warranty and was happy with the simple process for a stressful morning. Arrived a little late to work but I was relieved Honda was so helpful.
