My husband and I went in to look @ some vehicle and was greeted by Mr. Larry he showed us several vehicles and in doing so he had patience answered all our questions and it didn’t matter that it was freezing outside he stayed with us very professional conversation was great and make a long story short we did buy a car and would do it again very kind and honest man. It’s hard to find people like Mr. Larry!! We will be back and recommend others to come there.

Cars sold are not safe or reliable! Dealership doesn't stand by the cars they sell! Spent $11,500 on a car and 2 weeks later paid $4,000 to make the car safe to drive!

A month or so ago I purchased an older car with low miles from Windham. Sales guy assured top shape. He said "cream puff" of a car - nothing wrong but the battery. Long time garaged with exceptional maintenance records from owner. 36,000 on the odometer. They all said it ran well. I ran it over to Mercedes for a check-up. The total repair cost to make it road-safe ran well too - it ran well into $8000.00, nearly half the purchase price of the vehicle. The repairs were along the lines of what is entirely predictable for a car that's been garaged for a very long time with nothing but a replacement battery to address issues. Here's what happened when I called Windham to let them know they had a grammar problem with the word "creampuff" and a bright future in sales. Nothing. No responsibility at all. "It was working fine when we sold it." They wanted me to sign on to the idea that 8 thousand dollars of ABS leaks etc. just happened from the lot at Windham to my house at 1 King Street. That's only 6.8 miles, and 1260 US dollars per mile in required repairs. What I found interesting isn't that these guys are a cliche straight outta central casting for used car salesmen, it's that they can't act. Sales guy couldn't manage to even act surprised at the repair costs when it should have registered a smidge of shock and a blip of awe. It's a staggering amount. Nothing. More, he went directly into blaming me for not purchasing the service contract. With the 8 thousand good intentions free flowing out of my military bank account straight to the competent men over at Mercedes, I couldn't really afford Windham's idea of best laid plans. One last thing. Back when I asked for a military discount on the service plan, the sales guy said this. "That's nothing special, we're all Ex- military here". He said "all". I don't know which Military service produces all but "nothing special" dudes in one car lot, but where I come from, the term "Cream puff" doesn't mean "xxxxxxx Chest Wound of maintenance requirements." It means, "go ahead Sir, you're cleared for take-off, your ordinance is stracked and your ejection seat works." Your best laid plans for a used car need to go elsewhere Ladies, unless you want the Windham Military discount, which means a discounted car followed by 8 thousand in clear and present maintenance fees to a reputable dealer. Two more words about the cunning linguistics those cream puffs are using over there. Caveat Emptor and Semper Fi.

I would recommend this place to anybody. Great price, great customer service, got in and out in no time. Out of every place I looked at, Windham had the best car and price than any dealership in the area.

Just purchased my second truck from Windham. Frist one lasted me nearly 10 years! Great experience start to finish. Walked out same day keys in hand to new truck. Paperwork - painless. Price point was much better than anything else I had found. Customer service was great as well. Got a call after the fact to make sure I was able to get both my new and old truck back home, as I did not trade in. Will go back for next vehicle purchase.

Ronnie Bagwell at Windham really looked after us! He was honest and polite. Our daughter loves her car. We would buy from this dealership again.

My experience here has been one I will never ever forget. I wish I went to honda instead. The guy that sold me the car was ok at first and tried to flirt etc. Then when I told him about issues I was having with my car he didnt listen nor try to drive the vehicle himself to discover the problem but instead blamed me for going to get a different tire. Which to me seemed like pointing the finger at the person who sold me the tire. And he also stated he felt something when was test driving it with me but when he got in front of the people in the office. His conversation and demeanor changed. I finally was able to get a manager and requested he drive the car which he did. He then agreed that there was an issue on why I couldnt drive above 65. He told me to go to Firestone. I went and found out that the tire in the front passenger had fix a flat in it. Who puts fix a flat in a vehicle they are selling. I am also having other issues with this honda but I rather not go to get blamed for something being wrong with the car and how it's my fault again. This has taught me a valuable lesson. I will for now on buy my hondas at a actual Honda dealership for now on.
