Traveled 125 mi. to view a vehicle. Met Brian Theetge the salesman who showed us what we were interested in. Of course we were off in price but Brian wouldn't give up. After 7 days of negotiations we struck a deal. Thanks Brian, this 70 yr old guy is very happy.

Bought a used Toyota RAV4 from Maguire
I bought a used RAV4 from Maguire. Good experience overall, other than they don't really do a price match for used cars (their website claims they will match any price offered at a dealership in upstate NY), and, they try to sell you an extended warranty from "Portfolio Protection" which has extremely terrible reviews for settling claims.

2019 VW Jetta
Garrett Storm is polite and trustworthy. He saved me an additional $250 I neglected to consider (Cornell retiree), then wouldn't accept $20 from me for the extra savings. He said that character is what you do when no one is watching you, and refused the money. How absolutely refreshing!

Service Department exemplifying Customer Care
As a family, we have owned many Toyota's throughout the years and have had Maguire Toyota service them. We encountered a rear main seal leak in our low mileage, 2013 Toyota RAV. Shelby Overbaugh, the Service Mngr. advocated on our behalf with Toyota Corp. to have the repair covered and repaired in a seamless and timely fashion. We appreciate Maguire Toyota's stellar customer service once again!

Awful service
We were very pleased with our sales experience but our service experience was awful we will never buy a vehicle here again. Less than two weeks after buying our truck something happened and transmission fluid was every where and it would not start. Though the experience start off great with them towing our truck to their dealership it quickly went downhill from there. A very unfriendly woman name Char called my husband and started the conversation with it was HIS FAULT. long story short they did not want to cover us under warrenty and pretty much told us to commit insurance fraud. We had it towed to our local dealership where they told us there was no way my husband hit something and made this happen. They will be covering it under warrenty like it should have been done in the first place. Clearly Maguries did not want to take the time to fully look at the issue.

Consistently bad, and misleading
I asked what the total would be on a simple oil change, was charged more at check out. "Well your car takes more oil." So I asked if my car changed during the last hour, because why did you not know that when I asked a hour ago. I have also had to take my car in 3 times TWICE for them to JUST find the problem. They do not listen to issues unless you are not under warranty and about to pay full price. I had bad wheels they wanted to replace them for over $1,000. I thought odd to be warn out at 23,000 miles. 15 min of research, 20 min on the phone driving across the street to Mr Tire and I got them covered under warranty and only paid $350. This is AFTER directly asking McGuire if there was any warranty, No was there insistent answer. It PAINS me I have to go there for some things since I am leasing.

Very pleasant experience
My salesman, Nick, was knowledgeable and friendly. He worked with me to get a great price for my trade-in and and I got a great Silverado at the Syracuse store. I like the way the dealership operates, with a no-haggle price. The salesmen are not on commission, so there's no pressure. I'm the kind of person that asks a ton of questions before I buy something, and Nick was patient and professional, answering my questions and researching things for me. When my neighbors came over to check out my new truck, I mentioned to them how unusually comfortable the whole process was. I'm very pleased with the entire experience!
