I went to MaGuire to trade in my car for something different. This was only my second time buying a car from a dealership. After this buying experience, I realized that the experience I had at the first dealership I went to was horrible. I was super nervous making another attempt. A lady my mother works with recommended working with Colby Newlen to find a new car. Colby made this experience so much better. I was stressing and nervous, but he took his time to explain things to me etc. I would pass Colby's name along to anyone I knew who was looking to buy a new vehicle. Very thankful for a fun and simple buying experience. I absolutely love my car. I only hope that Colby is still around when it comes time to look for a new vehicle again.

Would not recommend
I have had issues with making appointments for the oil changes. They never keep track of my phone number or email, even though I filled out the forms several times with my new info. The title is in my dad's name but I am the one who drives it. I showed up today for my scheduled appointment and they said they had no record of it. So now I have to leave the car there for over five hours. Please terminate the person who is in charge of scheduling. This isn't the first time it has happened. I will not be recommending them to anyone in the Ithaca area.

Do not stand buy thier word give very low trade change terms at the last min.

Alex Eldridge is AWESOME!
From start to finish, Alex was the perfect example of customer service. His knowledge of the vehicles and differences in models made making our decision very easy. I'm a Chevrolet guy, so being at any other dealership wasn't welcomed but we gave Maguire Ford Lincoln Nissan a chance. Had it not been for Alex, I'm sure we would not have bought anything but Chevrolet. The facility was clean, staff was courteous and friendly, and knowledgeable. They even had a little table and a couple toys to occupy our 3 year old. If anyone I know needs a new vehicle, I will recommend this specific dealership.

Lease Termination
One month prior to the termination of my 2014 Ford Focus lease, I went into Maguire to discuss my options. The sales agents wouldn't even entertain the idea of me purchasing my leased car and kept insisting that I buy a brand new one. They were very rude when I said I wasn't interested in spending money on a 2017 vehicle on a poor students budget. They provided no assistance in helping me decide what to do, so I ended up driving 13 hours to the dealership in my hometown so I wouldn't have to deal with Maguire.
