She had the patience of a saint, working with both myself and family to get me the car I wanted. 🎉 We plied her with dozens of questions, comparison questions, mileage questions, feature questions, number questions... She was fantastic and patient to the very end, making a high-pressure day so quick and painless, with transparency that I would never get anywhere else. 🎉 What a rock star! Highly recommended! It's always a pleasure buying a car from smithhaven Mazda I am a repeat customer and always will be Dennis Hoffer is a true professional as well as the management team John O'Donnell and Nick Emery I have said this over and over they have a customer for life. We took delivery of a 2021 cx9 carbon edition for my wife 6/21/21 this was car number 11 since 2013. This is a great group of people and I will continue to recommend such great service..

Matthew Matuza of Mazda of Smithtown, as well as the service staff, Wilson, and the other service staff members are phenomenal! Mazda is fortunate to have these service personnel, especially the Fixed Operations Manager, Matthew. I had a challenge with my Mazda CX-9, and he was great working with me to determine the issue. Over the years that I have had my car, they have worked on determining the issue and resolving it in a satisfactory manner. (PS I personally did not find the video they had me view about my car issues was helpful, but apparently others do.)

Trying to Purchase a Pre-owed Toyota
This Is the Worst Dealership I ever been to In all my 62 years on Earth. I seen the car I was Interested In off-line. I went to this Dealership In the snow,over 50 miles from my home. I met a Sales Rep.an took the Car for a Test Drive. I was happy with the ride.I then began the negotiating process. I met a Manager who low balled me on the True worth of my car according to NADA basic standards.I came to an agreement with the Sales Rep.,an said I would return the next day,which I did. I waited over 3 hours trying to make the Deal. Upon waiting,I went outside to do a once over inspection of the vehicle. The engine compartment was Filthy,with no antifreeze In container or Radiator. The Air Filter was Black an need of desperate replacement. I showed the Sales Rep. The obvious issues,an said they would change It the following day. I went to the Manager with this Basic an most Important concern,an he could careless along with all the unfriendly staff In this Dealership. I have everyone on camera an I do have the filthy air filter from the Car. This car was never Prepped for Sale. The Whole 2 days trying to Purchase a Car turned out to be a Nightmare!!!!!!!. I will devote all my time an Vast Resources In closing this Dealership to an end. No hard working American should ever have to be treated the way I've been In buying a car. It's nice to be Important,but It's more Important to be nice. I'm In my sixties an don't lie an disrespect people when conducting business. Buyer Beware!!!!!!!!!!!.

I have purchased several Mazdas from this dealership. The staffs unrelenting commitment to providing excellent customer service is what brings me back every time. This time around I was looking at a demo CX30, Denis Hofer was my salesman. He worked with me and put together a deal that was to good to pass up. To say he exceeded my expectations would be an understatement. Ryan Doheny in finance made the process of purchasing the car seamless as setting up a new iPhone. Everything was clearly broken down, clearly documented and itemized. I honestly can not say enough good things about the guys there. If you are looking to get into a new vehicle, I guarantee there is a Mazda in the line-up for you. I can also guarantee you wont find a better purchasing experience than Smithhaven!

I spoke with a woman named Grace about purchasing a CX-5 and she insisted I come in to meet with her so she could beat the price I had gotten from another dealer. We scheduled a meeting and when I arrived I was told that she was just a appointment setter and I would be speaking with a different sales person. I had spent a week talking and texting Grace and she never mentioned that I would have to meet with someone other than her. No other dealerships ask me to come in person and were able to give me information and prices over the phone because of the pandemic. I was misled by the sales people at Smith Haven Mazda and they wasted my time with sketchy sales tactics which I didn't appreciate. Luckily I had a better experience with Huntington Mazda and purchased my car there.

I just finished taking delivery of a certified Ram 1500 and as this is our 11th car from smithaven couldn't be happier I have built strong relationships with staff over the years as many of them are still around that alone speaks volumes to a consumer but I must say Ryan D. Dennis H , Nick E and John used car manger busted their butts to put together a awesome deal and deliver a amazing vehicle my wife and I are extremely thankful for all the hard work.
