If you’re buying a used car, make sure you do it from

If you’re buying a used car, make sure you do it from these guys CARIZONA! My experience here was excellent to say the least. They really care about making sure the car is like new. I’ve never had such a wonderful experience buying a car. Most of all, the car looks and drives like a brand new car.

If I could give zero stars I would.

If I could give zero stars I would. My name is Venus and I got in car accident. Insurance company told me I bought car but Carizona will not give me my salvage title. Now my car is impounded after I have paid almost 7500. 00 dollars to get my 2012 dodge charger fixed. They sent all this fake title paperwork to my insurance company saying I could get my car in my name with that paperwork. All lies. Secretary of State called DMV in Az from Michigan and they said Carizona never put title in my name. So when impound sends abandoned car letter it will go to Carizona who will then get my car I bought back insurance company. They just give me the run around. No one will call me back from Maritza to Lisa the manager. The owner will not even call me back. Also Issac lied to me and told me payments would go towards my credit. I put 9000.00 down on a car that went from 13,500 and some odd dollars to 23,0000.00 dollars. They got paid for the car it is no lien on it . So I basically just lost out because they scammed my black xxx good!!

Consumer response

I got my paperwork and yours don’t match mine

The asking price for the car is/was $8200 so I contacted

The asking price for the car is/was $8200 so I contacted them asking what the out the door price would be. I was told $10250. $2000 in fees and taxes. I told them I’d give them $9000. They said they had already discounted the car $3000 since it was listed more than 5 months ago. How do you offer a car for 8k then add on 2k in fees? On cars.com it’s still listed for $8200 but you check their website it’s now over 11k. Doesn’t make sense to me.

Crooks

These crooks add all kinds of bogus fees to the deal a doc fee should be 200 bucks not 1000 then a processing fee and then everything is as is unless you buy a warranty

Carzona was horrible.

I took 7500 and asked about a specific vehicle. After hours I was finally approved. I ended up purchasing it without ever seeing it or test driving it. I was told I had roadside assistance as I was quickly handed papers to sign. Then waited a hour before being told I needed immediate full coverage insurance or I wasn't driving it off lot. It was a horrible experience. First vehicle I purchased on credit. It's already left me stranded twice. Unable to afford towing to have Carxona repair it under the very confusing limited warranty. It's cost me 1000 in battery and alternator and now it's broke down again and I'm using the bus. Horrible experience at Carzona. Rude salesman. Rude woman in financing.
