I would give Koons Kia of Woodbridge a minus-0 rating if

I would give Koons Kia of Woodbridge a minus-0 rating if I could!!!! They are the worse dealership I have ever dealt with. Sure they are nice while sticking the knife in your back. They sold me a very expensive vehicle that had a major oil leak; later learning of other problems. They agreed to repay the $7,000 I spent for the current repairs, overnighted a cashiers check & the next morning put a STOP PAYMENT on it! They refused to take my calls, speak to me or respond to anything!!!! THEY HAVE THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE WORLD!!! The General Manager, Donovan Badamirza is a joke. He would not speak with me. I filed a complaint with the VA Attorney General & they didn't even respond to them. My best friend also purchased a vehicle from them & it didn't even make it home. They also refused to correct her situation. I would recommend, NEVER dealing with this disaster of a dealership. RUN IN THE OTHER DIRECTION, don't believe anything they say! They do not stand behind their product & do not honor their promises. RUN!!!!!!! What happened to “GOOD FAITH!” xxxx Poor SERVICE!

I’m a really tough customer and Koons Kiadidna great job!

I’m a really tough customer and Koons Kiadidna great job! The process was really simple. Jordan, my salesperson, was great and eliminated all of the negotiating and unnecessary stuff usually associated with purchasing a car. Took less than an hour once I got to the dealership. Thanks JORDAN!

Edgardo was very helpful in getting my car in ASAP for service. As a military family, timing can be hard to run errands like these and he had us in and out in no time!

We had a difficult time picking out a car.

We had a difficult time picking out a car. When we arrived, Wayne was very welcoming to us and was very helpful. Thanks to him we were able to pick a car that was perfect for our family. During the process he was able to answers all of our questions and did not left us confuse. Overall our experience with him was exceptional.

Buyer Beware.

Buyer Beware.....to let you know how they do things at Koons Kia Woodbridge.....they charge you twice for the KIA Freight and Handling. When they first give you a price sheet, the first number is the MSRP of the vehicle. Included in the MSRP number is the KIA Freight and handling charge of $1435. They then show you a discount amount for the car. A couple of lines later, they add in ANOTHER Freight charge of $1435....effectively they have now charged you twice for the same KIa freight charge. When I called them out on doing this, they said the discount is the way of negating the second freight charge. So, they look like good guys giving you a 'discount' off of the MSRP but then they recoup the discount by charging the Freight for a second time. Buyer beware and call them out on doing this.

Buyer Beware - just to let you know how they do things

Buyer Beware - just to let you know how they do things here.....their price sheet starts with the MSRP number. Included in this number is the $1435 Kia Freight and handling charge. They then discount the MSRP amount. But then they have another specific line charge of Freight for $1435. So they have now charged you twice for the Freight amount (once in the MSRP number and a second time in the specific Freight amount. So any discount they give you is offset by charging the Freight amount twice.

Good interaction with the sales man Daniel, he is honest

Good interaction with the sales man Daniel, he is honest and straight forward to deal with, but the process is time consuming especially when one has to come back to fix something, the last 2 day of my experience at koons Kai dealer store was better, I lost many hours for my job just to wait for the car to be fix. Anyway as a whole I have a car to carry me on. This is my second purchase within 2 years I hope i won't come again .

Very friendly and good staff.

Very friendly and good staff. Joe helped me getting my new, but used, car with bery smooth transactions. The finance person was also very helpful on the last step. I give 4 starts because I was not able to talk to anyone after the service. One thing I would recommend is make sure you have all ready before walk out with the car, otherwise, it is hard to reach out to them again. Other than this, 5 star dealership.
