    Craig knows everything possible about the vehicle I was interested in (F-150). He explained details to me to make my decision easier. The up front pricing... made buying my truck simple.

    I drive 40 miles to get my 2013 Ford Edge serviced here instead of 16 miles to another dealer. I think that pretty much sums up how I feel about Beuckman... and it's service department. We are planning to lease a 2016 Fusion here in the Spring. This is a good place to do business.

    Craig Habermuhel was very, helpful, personable, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. We learn much more about the features of our new car than we... would have learned from the car’s manual. We appreciate the no pressure approach of a new car sale experience by Craig and his team.

    Horrible customer service!Bought a new car so I did not have to take it to the shop and ever since I bought it I. July 2019 I have had a problem with it... leaking...1st time I took it in was 1 month after I purchased the car because it was leaking they added fluid told me nothing was wrong!!maybe a couple months later still leaking took back up there and there staff told me they were aware of the leak since January????They never called me to notify me that they were aware of the leak...claimed it was EGR valve ....claimed they fixed it and a week later fluid is back to min and now the car is making a noise...also when they put panel back on car they left screws and clip out ..so took car back up there again and was told same thing!!!Nothing is wrong with it so told them would not come get the car to fix it and I was going to talk to a lawyer about lemon law!Now they are saying I can get a replacement car but I will be out fees for miles,also will have to pay taxes again also told might have to make a down payment too!And they claim this is a good deal for meI did not do anything to destroy the car and it is not due to my fault the car does not run right and they tell me this is the best offer???!!!!????Really????This is what you get when you buy a new car??!!Left multiple messages with owner with no return call!would not recommend Bo Beuckman to anyone!!!And anyone who owns Ford Edge check your fluids Ford is fully aware of the leak!!!!!!’

    Bought a used Mercedes on June 21, 2019. Found it here on Cars.com and worked with Rhoda Johnson to make sure it was ready to go so I could fly in and... drive it home. Rhoda told me that their service department and the Mercedes dealer had gone through everything so I could make it home. Barely made it home, and took it to my local Mercedes dealer where he found $5000 worth of repairs to make it safe to drive. Now Rhoda Johnson nor Mason Chadwick wont return my calls or emails. I wouldn't trust this dealership. Shop elsewhere.
