John did an excellent job of explaining the issue with my brakes and reaching out to my extended warranty company to get them to pick up part of the cost due to a failed bracket assembly. Really appreciated his attention to detail

John and Chris very good in service. I like the works option for oil change, tire rotation, safety check etc. They also completed an emissions test on my 2022 F150 and explained results. My truck computer needed to reset and passed inspection.

Took several phone calls to get a appointment. Was not given a estimate on the phone until I fet there for a tune up. Upon leaving after service my engine light was on. Wanted ne to pay for something that accidentally got hit by nechanic.
