I buy two Honda Civic in another dealer, but when discovered Brickell Honda services did not come back to old dealer never more, and now hope buy my future car in Brickell Honda. 1. I rarely ever get a pleasant person in the service department. 2. I went for an oil change and tire rotation about two months ago and since then till when I went recently in January most of my tires were low in air of which I had to put air 3 times since then. Come to find that I have a nail in one tire and then I am charged over $120 to take the nail out and patch it up. What is up with that?! Since my car was already at Brickell Honda and I had already gone 3 times to put air in my tires, I was exhausted and just had them patch it up. A few days later I called Honda on 7000 coral way because I was still in shock with how much I was charged to fix and they informed they remove nail and patch the tire up for $43.

Service was ok. Time frame was too long Pick up take extra time, was not clear if my car was ready after 4hs

Honda Service representative Miguel was excellent. He was nice, knowledgeable and addressed the problems I was having with my HRV. I highly recommend Brickell Honda.
