👎🏻😡😡 Pongo una estrella únicamente por los empleados del servicio de recepción y entrega de los vehículos que fueron atentos y amables, porque mi experiencia fue tan horrible, que daría -mil estrellas, la peor experiencia que he vivido con agentes de Dealer, el Agente Vladimir Diez me hizo sentir como idiota, no fue claro ni transparente al comunicarse conmigo, incluyendo cargos por piezas y servicios innecesarios a mi auto y por ende pagar una jugosa factura solo por su sed de hacer dinero, considerando que el auto es un lease que tiene solo 1 año de vida y 10mil millas rodadas. Ni siquiera tuvo en cuenta que soy un Cliente leal a su compañía por mas de 5 años. Es un absoluto incompetente oportunista. Por tal razón no recomiendo al Agente Vladimir Diez, sugiero revisen su orden de servicio antes de entregar su auto y cerciórese que no este ese nombre o estén bien alerta a las ofertas de servicios.👎🏻👎🏻😡😡

Here is the translation into American English: --- One of the worst experiences at a dealership! At Brickell Honda, I arrived on time for my official appointment at 10 a.m. and waited until 2 p.m. without being attended to. Meanwhile, they were bringing in and servicing walk-in customers who paid on the spot, and despite having an appointment and paying for the service, I had to wait hours without any justification! The cashier, Jhon Garcia, was disrespectful, rude, and highly unprofessional. He treated me with a dismissive attitude, ignored my questions, and extended the wait just to humiliate me and treat me like I was nobody. When I tried to question the lies and poor work they were doing, they responded badly and mistreated me, extending the wait time further. This place is a total mafia where only money matters. Customer service DOES NOT exist; they only seek to benefit those who pay immediately or their personal clients, regardless of respect or dignity for the new customer. A total embarrassment! I do not recommend this dealership to anyone. They only want to steal your time and money, and they treat people like trash. I hope they take action and do something about employees abusing their positions for personal gain.

I'm positive these most of the reviews are xx! This dealership in my opinion is a waste of time, they dishonestly price their vehicles that are for sale at low/ intentionally inaccurate prices. Then when you've already spent the time to inquire about the car you find out they add $4K to $6K on top of the listed price for obvious & ridiculous fees. So avoid to save time and money. Suggestion if you can't run your business without being sleazy and dishonest then don't run a business (just another xxx problem in this world).

Recomendable 100%. Excelente servicio, profesional y muy buen trato por parte de Yuniel, empleado de Honda Brickell, es la tercera ocasión que trato con él. También me ayudo en la coordinación para la recogida y entrega desde mi centro laboral para el cambio de aceite incluido el fregado. Pregunta por Yuniel, ¡es el mejor! Es increíble y hace que el proceso sea realmente sencillo. Él va más allá por sus clientes y trata de ayudar tanto como sea posible. Gran servicio y saben lo que hacen. Llevo 15 años con Brickell Honda y siempre lo recomiendo a familiares y amigos.

I made an appointment to come purchase a vehicle and even double checked the morning of the appointment prior to driving to the dealer to ensure the vehicle was still available. They advised that the vehicle was there. I drove over an hour just to find out the vehicle was sold the night prior. They tried to sell me another vehicle but did not even make an effort to do right by me after wasting my time.

Me gustaría agradecer primero que todo a Alexander Montalvo por su paciencia y ayuda a encontrar una solución a mi problema, dar muchas gracias al equipo de Jose Fernández en especial a Rodolfo, Tabares y Miguelito por su gran ayuda, estos muchachos no juegan, si dicen que usted será un cliente satisfecho, usted lo será. Me sentí en casa a pesar que vivo en Naples y maneje algunas horas, Honda Brickell y su gran equipo sin dudas, tiene mi total apoyo y recomendación. ¡Gracias por su Profesionalidad!

Looking into dealer sales practice it sounds like they have a lot of traps for inexperienced buyers. Lots of bogus fees and additional costs to customers. Be AWARE.
