First class dealership. Everyone was super friendly and accommodating. Our salesman Adrian, was awesome, he was very patient and helpful, making a lot of good suggestions which ultimately led to us purchasing a much nicer car then we had anticipated. These rates are not false. This dealership is amazing!! They definitely take there time to help you with anything, Richard and Jose in my opinion are the best!! They try to help you in any way possible so you can be happy.

They always make sure you know what’s going on with your vehicle. They explain everything in detail which is great for someone who has no car knowledge.

Ok dealership
I like this service center because of the environment, the staff and they do really good job on the car. But, it's a bit expensive, and anything takes two hours.

The worse service center
I suppose to have an appointment this past Saturday 11/9 for a re-call maintenance. At the beginning I asked if this was going to take too long or not and the person who call me said no, when I arrived to Honda they told me ok sr you have to leave the car here everyday , no way, I just one car and I have more things to do they couldn’t help me and told that I have to back when I have time, I’m sorry but you will have to wait because I don’t have time for honda issues if you want to do any change to my car you must come to my work and take my car while I’m working .

A nightmare
As a regular horror movie, everything started nice an easy, but once a problem, a big one arose, the management became the worst of my nightmares. It was their fault and nevertheless still trying to take it on me. In summary, I have another car but have to pay more than I supposed to pay and have a lot of work figuring out how to handle with banks and so forth. This is just a small tale of the whole story.

A BAD SITUATION IN TO AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE
I just want to give thanks to Brickell Honda and give MANY thanks for them helping me out in a bad situation. I recently had my car wheels stolen and left on Bricks in my driveway. My insurance company was not very helpful and I went to the dealership to see what can be done. I want to thank Miguel Diaz for helping me out with everything. From dealing with the insurance company, getting my car towed to the dealer and even helping me with a rental car. This guy took care of me and I will give him a recommendation for this as no one else was helping out (insurance).
