Our experience at Mungenast was outstanding. The people were very knowledgeable and helpful. From Kyle out salesman to the managers we met including Robert in finance and Liz who trained us on the car at delivery we were treated with the utmost courtesy. The car was very well prepared and every question was answered. I would highly recommend Lexus and Mungenast. Very classy place.

RX350 Purchase
Steve from Mungenast Lexus was wonderful to work with. I highly recommend him and the Mungenast team. We purchased a 2018 RX350 and we feel we got a great deal from Steve. It was a really easy process and we are thrilled with our new RX. The paperwork was handled quickly and the lady that explained all of the options on the car was very helpful. She went through everything with us until we were comfortable with all of the new options. We are happy with the Mungenast team and highly recommend them to anyone that is looking for a Lexus.

Nate the Great!
Just returned from Fla. and went to see Nate at Mungenast Lexus. We had spoke to him in the fall and told him of our intentions when returning home in spring. Great experience. No pressure and more than willing to get us any car equipped as we wanted. They had the car we wanted in stock and changed out the wheels we wanted with no problems. We highly recommend Nate Hopson at Mungenast Lexus. You will not be sorry.

Best Purchase experience ever
I was quite surprised at the courtesy and professionalism shown at this dealership. I had been buying Lexus products for some 25 years from a local dealer who treated me as though they were doing me a favor. I will never go back to that dealer now that I have experienced Steve Zitko and Mungenast.

New car purchase
We spoke with Nate Hopson in the late fall before leaving for Florida for the winter. Told him of our intentions of trading our RX when we returned in the spring. Walked in the dealership yesterday morning and Nate was there to greet us, show us around, and accommodate any questions or concerns. Nate is a great, no high pressure salesman. The staff at Mungenast is wonderful. Do yourself a favor and check them out before you buy your next vehicle.

Good Deal on CPO - Double Check the Delivery of your CPO
I really felt like I got a very fair deal, from the price of the RX to the value on my trade. Not much monkeying around either, the deal was done within 15 minutes, although the overall transaction took 4+ hours (I don't know if they had system issues because once we were in, the F&I guy made quick work of the deal - 25 minutes tops). Garret Patton was my salesperson for the RX, although he primarily works out of the Acura dealership next door. Garrett is top notch and highly recommended. He listens, he really seemed to work for me on price and trade in. Great building, friendly staff, terrific amenities. It helped make those 4+ hours comfortable. The back end of the deal didn’t go as well, but mostly dealt with the delivery of the vehicle. The vehicle was not thoroughly reconditioned. The body was somewhat clean, sans a few scratches on the body and wheels and excessive brake dust (mostly on the front wheels). It had two obvious puncture holes in the interior. I had one other small issue – one tire was low (29 psi) and two tires did not have valve stem caps. It made me question the 161 point inspection and reconditioning process. The good news was we dropped the car off to get the interior fixed and had the Elite Appearance package warranty performed, as toted by the F&I guy. I got a phone call from service stating the 3rd party technician would need more time to complete the Elite Appearance package. No big deal, we picked it up the next day. When we got the vehicle back the punctures were satisfactorily fixed, but it was clear the Elite Appearance package was not performed, although it was on the service ticket as performed. There was grass on the carpet and the brake dust problem still existed. Still, the outside was not treated, the rain barely beaded up and left a water spots when dry in my garage. Disappointing, and as a result, I cancelled the Elite Appearance package warranty. With all that said, overall I was somewhat pleased - 3.5 stars. I want to leave you with some positives: Again, I felt like I got a good deal. Garrett Patton was excellent. The F&I guy (Bob) got us a better financing rate than I could find. The delivery specialist (Ramiza) did a great job explaining the RX features to my wife.

Easy to deal with
We visited several dealerships before deciding on Mungenast . I had 2 cars to trade on 1 and had done my homework on the trade-in value. Nate took the bull by the horns and I got an offer that was better than I had expected. The only issues was the wasted time visiting the other dealerships. Thanks Nate and Team for making it an easy decision.

Superb salesman and customer service.
Our salesman continued to provide support and assistance even after we drove our purchase off the lot. The service and help we received was superb and did not reflect at all on the purchase price of our used vehicle. We received quality treatment and assistance as if we had purchased the most expensive car on the lot. I would highly recommend this dealership. I highly recommend to ask for Kyle Blake to assist in your vehicle purchase.
