Bommarito Buick GMC

When I picked up my car, there was a cup from a fast food place in the cup holder. It was there for a while because the ice had melted and my cup holders and center console were soaked. I called and the manager was apologetic.

I recommended that a friend visit your dealership and he did but he just couldn't get a deal worked out. At least I tried! Also, I have bought probably half a dozen brand new cars over the years and one thing that the dealer did when I bought my first new car back in 1993 was he took me through all of the options inside the car so I would better understand how things operate. I haven't seen that type of thing with the other new cars I have purchased. Is that something all dealers used to do and they got away from? No big deal, just curious. Thanks.

The staff was friendly and seemed eager to help. The only complaint is the lack of varied reading material in the waiting room. I enjoy the car magazines, but would like to see a wider variety of magazines for both men and women.

Got a loaner suv..which was great...the service work that was done looks very good..very pleased..Had leather seats and a chrome grill installed aftermarket on my new SUV

I am a satisfied customer and I appreciated the use of a loaner car with this service call. I received a call when the service department was finished with my vehicle but I never received a call when the body shop was finished with my estimate. Upon pick up of my vehicle no one was available to discuss my body shop estimate. The service department priced their services fair and appropriately.

I called the morning I took my car in to see if an oil change and replacement of of bulk could be done that afternoon. They were busy but did get me in around 1:30 p.m. Everything was done like clockwork as usual.

It is always a pleasure to have our cars serviced at Bommaritos. Everyone is pleasant to talk to and they do excellent work! We will be back!

The service was fast, the hours are great and the employees are friendly and knowledgeable. Appreciate the coffee too. They keep me informed. I take my 3 cars here for service, even though I only bought 2 of them here and I do that because of the people and the great service.

What we feared was wrong with the wipers turned out to be a needed adjustment. The service department made that adjustment in a timely and efficient manner. It is comforting to know that Bommarito's expert service department allows me to drive off the lot safely and confidently. that adjustment ina timely and efficient manner.
