Brought my 2017 Challenger in for normal service. Was quick and painless experience. Service guy was friendly and courteous.He didn't try to push a bunch of service I didn't want or need on me. Info packet i was given after car was ready was very nice touch.

I never thought to look at a Ram truck, as I've never owned one; however, after being disgusted with the local Ford dealer, and GM trucks being out of reach financially, I decided to give it a shot. First thing I noticed about this dealership is that I wasn't attacked by vultures, I had a chance to poke around a little bit. When I came in contact with Gheorghe Donici, he actually listened to me when I said I wanted to test drive stock number XXX . Other dealerships have wasted my time even though I knew exactly what I was there to demo, they wanted me to sit down for 30 min, meet their manager, and ask me 100 questions I already gave them the answer too if they would have just listened. I demo'd the truck and Gheorghe answered all my questions, but at the same time allowed me to enjoy the drive. Although we didn't agree on numbers that evening (due to the fact I was pressed for time), I got a call from the General Sales Manager the next day with a more than fair and agreeable deal. At my request, the finance manager called me to roll the warranty and maintenance package into the deal. Now, i know this isn't the ideal sales process for a dealership, and most dealerships aren't even willing to deal with you unless you're willing to sit at the dealership for hours on end pulling your hair out. Although I may have been an 'unconventional" customer, the Ferman team listened to the customer, and respected my needs and my time. I think this is the start of a great relationship!
