New truck

Was very satisfied with all the aspects of the buying process. sales person answered all my questions . Was very happy with sales price of new truck and very happy with price for my trade. They were not pushy at all

They don't know what they are doing

I, a woman, went to this dealer to get my oil change and to check an engine light that was on. They plugged it into their computer and found out it was the thermostat. They asked me if I wanted the coolant to be flushed. I don't know anything about this, so I said no thanks, I think this was done recently by my mechanic. I don’t know this is important when you change a thermostat. If you are a service rep, then you must know that when you change the thermostat, a lot of coolant is lost (I found this all out later today). Therefore, you have to have it flushed and replaced no matter what. After getting ripped off with $320 for just a $40 oil change and $20 thermostat part (the rest $$ of course is labor, shop fees and who know what else), I drove off with a wet car (I asked for a courtesy wash, and they returned it to me all wet. They said, they don't dry it! One hour later, my car which has never ever overheated, starting to overheat. I called the dealer, but it was closed. BTW, I was reminded at least 3 times when I was there that they close at 4pm. I phoned my brother and he told me to go home, wait until the car cools down to check the coolant. Surprise! the coolant was all the way to the bottom of the container, way below the minimum line. I had to buy a coolant and used half of the bottle to restore it to its level. Tomorrow, I will have to do it again, and the day after too. I have no tolerance for this kind of businesses. What should I expect from a $320 work? A job well done, a good advisor, a good service. Please please don’t take your car to this dealer. They don’t really have the professionals to back it up.

Nelson's CPR and First Aid Training

Ali and everyone in the used car department were extremely helpful. We were looking for a particular vehicle for our business. They didn't have the vehicle but, Ali suggested another vehicle that had even more cargo capacity than the car we were looking for and, it was much nicer and cost less. We were very impressed with the service and help they provided. I would highly recommend Ferman if you are looking for a vehicle.

Awesome Experience
