Warranty Work
Service was timely and Tom was excellent. Still smarting from Chrysler voiding the Lifetime Power Train Warranty on my 2009 Challenger for lack of "official" warranty check-up despite perfect maintenance and routine 50,000 and 100,000 checkups. Feel let down by Chrysler and the Dealership. Will have to consider when buying next time

Awesome experience
Overall best experience from Ferman. This is the second Jee I have purchased from Ferman Jeep. I highly suggest you to go there and see Jonathan for Sales and Tom for financing.

Cosmetic Issues
Vehicle runs perfectly fine(until now). Just a lot of cosmetic issues you don’t expect a big box dealer to bypass, since that’s the reason most of us use them. Flew from out of state to pick up vehicle. Loose bumper, aftermarket junk side mirror, ripped rubber stripping throughout driver side vehicle door(either owner got locked out or car was being broken into). A lot of scratching due to instrument being used to open alleged locked door. Just leads to a sour taste after purchasing. Vehicle was delivered to me with no floor mats(from a huge dealer with tons of inventory). Finance manager, AJ, was awesome, came in after hours to finalize deal due to flight delay. Wouldn’t work with dealer again, however. If they’re willing to deliver a vehicle with a few cosmetic flaws, hate to see what else is overlooked or shrugged off.

Ferman on 54 is the best.
I’ve bought or leased 7 vehicles over the past 10 years. Reasons why is we always receive 5 star service from our salesman to the service department. Great Service!
They are always friendly and accommodating at Ferman. Kevin and Bob are very easy to work with. I scheduled an appointment and had my vehicle in the shop and back on the road in less than an hour. I have used them for oil changes to a full engine overhaul and always leave happy.
