Customer Service Improvements

The service reps need to be more outgoing, inviting and customer friendly. I was treated like just another customer coming through their service department. I wasn't greeted when I pulled up.

ABS module repair

I brought my Jeep in for service because the brake and traction control lights were on. Service got me right in without an appointment. They replaced my ABS control module for less than the estimated cost. Thank you

Very unsatisfied

The sales person was extremely helpful very nice went out of his way to make a deal. But the finance manager and the manager were very unprofessional. They did everything wrong from beginning to end and in the end I did not get the vehicle because they messed all my paperwork up. I ended up going to a Cadillac dealership and getting a vehicle within two hours and I am still waiting for my deposit money which has been over eight now.

Excellent Experience!

Ken Gilliam was great. He didn't take a long time to find the vehicle. It was very clean when we got to test drive it. Ken worked a great deal for us on a pre-owned Ram 1500 Big Horn and we are very pleased with the experience with Ferman! Ken was very knowledgeable, genuine, and kind.
