My best car buying experience in many years.

This was one the the best car buying experiences I've had in years. Everyone I dealt with at Ferman was extremely professional, efficient, responsive and of high value to me- no B.S.! 2016 Dodge Ram 1500 - What a great truck !!!

I saw this vehicle while dropping my son off to get his Jeep GC fixed. Love at first site and Dave Colvin certainly felt my need to have this truck. He and Kevin worked with me at great lengths to get me financed, my lease on my current Chrysler vehicle turned in, and out the door within one day....Wow!!! So happy with the treatment and care taken to get me a great deal on this truck and hassle free turn in on my current lease. Well Done guys!!!

Very Good Car Buying Experience

Kathy Meyers very caring and aware of our special requirements on the Jeep Cherokee Made sure we received any discounts due because of my husbands military service. 2016 Ram 1500 Big Horn

Was a previous customer to their service dept and after being loaned a Ram 1500 while Jeep was worked on I found myself in the market for one (thanks Mr. Guy). Was seen in sales by Juan M. who made multiple efforts to get me into the exact truck I was looking for. Juan as well as Mike (head of sales?) were great to work with and very accommodating. Jim from finance was professional and the entire process was not long and drawn out. I searched over 30 dealers (Ford, Chevy, Dodge) online and went to 4 or 5 in person but happy I ended up with Ferman CDJ in Lutz.

Are they in the car selling business?

This was truly puzzling. I contacted them about a jeep and requested more information. I provided detail of my trade, sent links & provided detail. I then had to contact them multiple times to get them to respond for the trade value. A week later they provided me a value 3-4K less than any other evaluation I have had. -Multiple contacts just to get simple information -No follow up on requests -took a week to get a terrible trade evaluation (never responded to my inquiry about how this value was determined)
