uneventful and that is a good thing!

There were no surprises. Everything went as it was supposed to. The dealership was very clean and efficient. I reported a problem in the men's restroom and it was promptly addressed by staff.

I was taken care of with great care and concern !!

Great service Well taken care of. I had a better feeling then last time I had service done. It has restored my feelings of going anywhere else..

Lots of promises with poor delivery

Poor responsiveness to inquires during and after the buying process. Many promises made that were not followed up on after sell requiring extensive effort and time on my part to close down. Lack of communication between sales, finance and service to carry through deliverables. Had to sign 2 different agreements on 2 different occasions because the bank didn't offer the loan terms promised. New vehicle had scratches on the fender before purchase that took a month and several trips to finally fix to about 95%. Very frustrating process, so be warned if purchasing from this dealership.

Wonderful Experience

I recently purchased a 2017 Jeep Wrangler. I have nothing but awesome things to say about this dealer and every employee that I encountered. The sales associate I worked with was Andrew Bolton. He went above and beyond and even stayed late to make sure that I could get my dream car. It is obvious that he cares about all of his customers. I am more than impressed by him and everyone at Ferman in Lutz. Thanks so much!
