Bo was great! My service appointment was handled accurately and professionally. I don't normally bring my vehicles to the dealer because of the added cost associated with them, but they're no more expensive and the appointments are always handled perfectly!

Dealer is listing one price on this website for a Hellcat which doesn't include a $30K market adjustment fee. Completely unethical IMO. Wasted a lot of my time back and forth and only at the last minute quoted the additional $30K. Price on Cars.com is incorrect as well as their dealer website and the window sticker image they sent.

The team at Ferman Jeep is always eager to help and give great service. I love the new late appointment hours. I normally drop off my vehicle the night before and pick it up later the next day. It was ready early the next morning before work. This is a huge time saver.
