I have been trying to get a recall done there for years,
I have been trying to get a recall done there for years, they keep telling me they don’t have the part. They say they will try to get the part and call me when they get it. They never call. I give them one star because I can’t give them less. There’s two recalls on my car that they refused to do. I’ve called jeep recall and they tell me the part is available so you’ll figure it out. Yes, I did purchase my car there. They could show a little customer loyalty.

My car was actually purchased at the new Port Richey store. Not Wesley Chapel but it’s owned by Furman. I did contact both your stores slightly over a month ago and had a total meltdown then because it’s been years. I was assured that some thing would be done and nothing was. If something isn’t done soon, I’ll have to call the office of the aging because apparently old ladies are invisible, maybe they can see and hear me. I’ve called jeep recall twice and they’ve told me the part is available.
