The buying experience was very smooth. Hannah Whiteside was friendly, knowledgeable, and fair. She accommodated my kids being w me at the dealer and made sure we had a good, efficient experience. Would highly recommend Ferman and Hannah.

I have owned a Jeep for 10 years, bought my 1st from this

I have owned a Jeep for 10 years, bought my 1st from this dealor. Got a better price for the 2nd elsewhere, but still used this Feeman for Service. I was always happy with the service until about 1.5 years ago, when they told me that I needed repairs that weren't needed. They told me I needed new brake pads and rotors, I got a 2nd opinion ar Midas and my rotors were good only needed new pads. A big price difference! They did a fluid flush they had done on my previous service. These are just 2 examples of the services they lied about. Im ok with typical up sales like wipers or air filters but the $$$ service that are totally unneccessary is fraud and unacceptable. I won't be back!

Wagoneer issues . No support!

Bought a new 2022 jeep Wagoneer . After 3800 miles of driving the vehicle… the engine light came on when driving to the event .. When I pulled into the restaurant parking lot , I opened the door and noticed the engine was rapping and knocking extremely loud !!!! I shut the vehicle off , pulled The dip stick and found completely dry on oil . Me being a mechanical guy my entire life realized the potential damage to bearings/mains/rods/ and cam bearings not to mention the piston walls . I went to the Auto parts store down the road and added 5qt of oil and looked under the car to find a small puddle and dripping coming from oil filter area . I then had vehicle towed to our local jeep dealer and they called me the next morning and said it was ready for pickup .when I arrived at the jeep dealership in Shelburne Vermont they told me the oil filter was seeming over tightened at the factory and that it had a crack in a crease on the oil filter can . They added a qt of oil and new filter and said I was set to go ! I preceded to discuss the situation with the vehicle running completely dry on oil and that the vehicle was driven off the showroom floor and had never been touched and the service manager said “you can file a case number” and try to fight for replacement vehicle which is what we did to No help what so ever !!! My complete deposition to Wagoneer client service was frustrating to say the least ! Multiple calls/ no help ! Finally I received a call from them and the lady said they could not help me and they didn’t have a category that this situation fits in therefore I don’t have a case !!!! I was livid !!!! 80k vehicle, factory overnighted filter and nobody wants to give me equal trade assistance to swap out this compromised vehicle???? That is a disgrace!!! I then kept reaching out to the ferman jeep Chrysler dealership where we purchased the Wagoneer. Multiple calls to the manager Luke Miller with no call backs to my wife or myself . We called every day ! Finally caught up to Luke Miller , had a conversation about this and he said he would get on the local reps and factory to find a solution . We waited weeks more with no word . Finally got A call from another manger at Ferman dealership who’s name was Robert Cooper , he promised to go to work for us to get factory involved because his dealership didn’t have the ability to make the call on this . Once again no word for a coupe weeks ! Multiple calls/ emails to him before he got back and said he was waiting on answers and would track someone down to get a solution for us . To this date I still have no answer !!! This is the worst service I have ever received and totally unprofessional from dealership all the way to client services. Wagoneer client services apparently doesn’t back the product they rave about giving the utmost support to …. Chrysler has had issues with overnighted oil filters on the Hemi 5.7??you can see on many of the blogs they’ve had issue with filters being dry sealed and over tightened at factory! Now this is our headache?? That’s horrible service to assume a vehicle is fine just because it runs good and a bearing didn’t spin yet !! But that’s just it ?? How can I have confidence in the longevity of this engine after such a starvation of oil to engine bearings? Would you keep this rig ? No !!! Not if you had a brain . No support! No answer! I guess it’s all on us . Do not buy a Wagoneer product!!!! Todd Harrington
