Anthony met me as soon as I drove in.

Anthony met me as soon as I drove in. He inquired about my service needs, recorded the pertinent data, and took photos of my vehicle. The vehicle was immediately taken to the service center. He informed me of the progress and suggested that I consider buying tires. Inquired when the next tire sale would occur. Service was completed within 1 1/12 hours. My only disappointment was that the dealership had instituted a service charge for using a credit card. I initially booked the service online with a follow-up call from the dealership. In neither the online booking nor phone call was I informed of the extra charge. Anthony had to deliver the news.

Very competent in assessing and fixing my Jeep Wagoneer, good maintenance team. I will continue to use Ferman Jeep for my services, highly recommend. Only issue I had was the wait for an actual service appointment but once I got in everything was smooth!
