They did not help us keep saying that they'll do their best. I've been out sick with diabetes type 1. So I told my wife to use my last paystubs and they acted as if . So I think that we will be moving on to a company that can help us get into a car. Because people should help people and not put them down no matter what they case is . Everyone deserves a chance were they hold up to there end of the bargain or not. You give your people a fighting chance why not those who are really struggling. Not just those who can righteously afford it the shoe fits both ways. Always needing two people names on the paperwork. Instead of one what's going on in the world today.

Too bad I can’t give a zero. They’re terrible people mostly because their manager Jon Moore is a just a bad person. They way he treats customers has rubbed off on everyone else. Stay away from Carl Hogan Toyota, because it’s very likely you will fall victim to their lies like we did.

Carl Hogan Toyota is this anything and trust word they knowingly sold us a car that had mechanical damage that was $6500 worth of damage it now they refused to even on a reading group give us a call back

Wow! Wasn’t really expecting to get done this way, but even after filling out my application, I couldn’t even get a decent call back. My credit was ran, and after two days, and several phone calls, I finally get a text that they have been busy and short handed. Really? This is why I reached out to this company because for one, I’m about 3 hrs away, but I did at least think the professionalism would be at a all time high! Boy was I wrong!! Never again! I might have struggled with some things but my money is green just like everyone else’s. I had to call several times just to see what decision was made. Even after approval, there still was a delay! You know why? Because most salesmen are looking for money to put in their pocket! Sorry but I do feel like this was the case here! You advertise and make it all look good, when in reality, the customer service sucks!!

While traveling for work out of state I gave them a call to get an oil change on my Lexus LS460 awd and was scheduled an appointment for later that day. I arrived and was leaving soon after with a smile on my face right in time to make my next appointment. Even washed my car too!
