He was always in communication with me. He not only worked with me and insisted that I was very satisfied but happy in purchasing a vehicle. He made sure he offered the best deal. He is such a great salesperson I couldn't resist in purchasing a vehicle. Mr. Jeff even though his shift was over he stayed with me to make sure I was happy and satisfied. What a great place to buy a vehicle, although I bought used Ram truck it was painless with no pressure. Marvin White was the best. When I inquired about it after seeing on the internet I told him it would be later when I arrived cause I was working and he had messaged me saying he would be leaving at 5. We arrived at 5:30 he was still there. He showed us the truck, we test drive it, Marvin made us a good deal with great financing and with in less then 2 hour from arrival we were headed home with the Ram 1500. Not only did Julie help me build some self confidence that i was lacking she also took the time to encourage and brighten my day and got me in my first ever brand new car. Julie was just awesome to work with. She actually listened to what we were looking for and why. She respected our budget and didn't try to push us to upgrade to something out of our price point. She was honest with what she may or may not be able to do. Best of all though, she was laid back. There was no pushing or pressuring at any time. She was informative but without feeling like she was trying to push her agenda. This was the 2nd place we visited on the hunt for my new car. I knew I was in love with this vehicle but I wanted to be absolutely sure this was the best choice for me and my family, so we visited I think 5 other places. Julie never pressured me to stay and make an instant decision. She left me with her contact info and let me know if I found anything else sold by Leith, she could still help me if I preferred. I texted her around 630pm to make sure they still had my Jeep. Both my husband and our 2yr old were all done with their patience for car shopping that day, so Julie set up an appointment with us the next morning to come in on her day off so we could move forward with working with her and purchasing our new vehicle. We paid less for this Jeep than another dealership was selling 2 Patriots, a year older and almost twice the miles with none of the upgrades. Working with Leith and specifically Julie was a breath of fresh air. I don't anticipate buying a new car again any time soon but whenever our family is ready, I hope Julie is still able to help us find the best vehicle for us. Sincerely 5 of 5 stars! I was in a world of hurt with the car I was previously in until Peter and his team worked relentlessly to get me into this gem of a Jeep! They worked all day and night to get me in the right vehicle and positive path finically in the long run. I can’t say enough about how awesome Peter, team and dealership is.
