Was meeted with Valerie a very good salesperson and she knew all the answers to the questions we had. Had a little trouble with the first sales manager. But have to say Valerie went above and beyond to make the deal happen and got the right personnel envolved and now we are 100% satisfied with our Lincoln aviator.

My experience that I received with my sales rep. Jay was by for 5 stars. This is my 3 vehicle that I have bought from him and will continue to buy from him. My Toyota Tundra that I bought was exactly what I wanted. I also liked the fact that they went over the truck before giving it to me.

Not the best car buying experience
The people were friendly but the quality of service wasn't the greatest. I was treated like any ole person fighting for the numbers to not get screwed over with my trade-in. Shopped earlier that day with another local dealership who was much more welcoming-just wish the SUV would have been on a different dealership and I could have bypassed managers who were all about the numbers instead of earning my business with top notch service. No one took the time to sit with me and explain all the safety features this SUV has and go over all the bells and whistles it came with. Every other dealership I have ever bought with-has done this. Was not impressed.

Bad experience
I bought a 54,000 dollar truck from courtesy auto on ambassador Caffery in May 2021 it had a vibration in the wheel the sales girl said it was the damper it had a recall so they fixed that it still had a vibration in the wheel the sales girl assured me they would fix it brought it back and they wanted to charge me 1100 dollars to fix it claiming it was no longer under warranty BUT it had this vibration from the beginning I feel the sales girl told me what she needed to to get me to buy this truck I will NEVER but another vehicle from Courtesy I should have not to pay this to fix a $54,000 truck with only 20,000 miles
