Charles Bright was very helpful and patient throughout the purchasing process. We drove 2 high quality, low mileage vehicles and quickly found one that worked. Now, EchoPark has a unique business model requiring inhouse financing. I was initially frustrated by this approach, however Charles worked very hard to help me understand how the no frills approach contribute to competitive pricing. Not pushy. Not concerned with upselling. Easy to look for everything online before even heading In. Ed is a genuine guy trying to put you in the best car for you. Price range, wants, desires, etc. He trys to make you feel comfortable and get in and out. We were in and out in 5 hours. He put us in a car that we were even looking for but after a test drive quickly realized it was perfect for our needs and wants. Next car will be coming from here and Ed. This is a year after I bought the car btw, still love it , still think it was such a blessing to go here and still think this is the best place in DFW.
