Wonderful Experience

I was so pleasantly surprised when I went to this dealership to purchase a vehicle. Marla Rosser was my saleslady and she really knows her stuff. She helped me with exactly what I wanted and it didn't take forever. If you want to save time and money, I suggest this place.

WORSE EXPERIENCE

Found a car I wanted to buy for my wife as wedding anniversary gift. Went and looked at the car, it was available. Came back did budgeting and filled online credit application with driversselect, was approved. Contacted Driversselect's sales manager Jay Cooper to make sure the vehicle was still available and credit is approved, he ran hard inquiry on my report right away and sent me amount due, including total price and monthly installments in email with confirmation. Agreed to meet next day, (last friday). I drove 55 miles with my wife and son to give her surprise. I was told car is not on the lot and it was sold to other customer. myself and my wife were very disappointed and i questioned is this their normal practice and if they ran hard inquiry which will stay on my report, i was told by Jay and and other sales manager Joe that we could have done better, sorry... i asked for senior management escalation i was told head of sales (Mark) will tell you same, head of sales (Mark) card was given to me. i called and left messages no reply. Then, i was told we can give you another car.... Watch out everyone...... be very careful.....Both myself and my wife were very disappointed. I will tell family and friends not to even go their direction for sure. I will be following up and will go to all the senior management including (Driverselect CEO - Steve Hill), until i get resolution and get the car i selected.

After the car I initially came to see had sold, Adrian did a great job of helping me find another to love just as much. Adrian is very friendly and personable, and made sure to continually check in with me before moving forward with each stop in the process. I highly recommend Adrian to anyone looking to purchase a new (to them) vehicle!

Driver Select had several of the Pacifica models we were looking for. We test drove them all and chose one. Ed Shafer was very helpful. Financing and closing were smooth and painless.
