We expected a long buying process, but were pleasantly surprised to be out with a car in less than 3 hours. We test drove a few cars and once we decided on which one we liked, the rest was handled fairly quickly.

I had been to six or seven dealership looking for the right vehicle. I had experienced the old school expected used car salesmanship. The bait and tack it on like pin the tail on the donkey, you know. In the end when your back is turned, Even at dealerships that I have had lifetime relationships. I actually found DriversSelect through car gurus and decided to take a chance on putting my information into their system that would certainly haunt me until the new vehicle I just purchased is ready for the recycler. When I spoke with Ivan, He was helpful and patient. Didn't hassle me nor did he leave me hanging. I can be a pain and even after the exchanges via text voicemail and time when we finally got to the test drive we were both on the same page and he essentially put me in the car and told me to bring it back when I felt I was comfortable with the vehicle of my choice. We were able to get through the finance and options area of the deal as if we both understood that getting screwed by a car dealer feels like getting run over by a car. That was definitely not the case here and in all honesty it was probably the least painful of all of the encounters during this I want a new vehicle process. I would highly recommend Ivan and Driversselect for your car buying needs and even if you just want to know how bad or good your dealer has been to you. Check them OUt. Joshua McKay is the best! This is the first time I buy the car in the US and I have no credit at all, so many different places where was rejected with my credit. Joshua, he'd worked so hard on it and he got a good deal for me to get a car in just only one day!!! I really appreciated him! I hope he could get more customers in the future!
