Josh was amazing to work with. He helped us get almost everything done ahead of time so that we could get out quickly when we came in. My parents came to see him last year and had nothing but a great experience and I’m glad my husband and I came in because he was just as helpful and amazing with getting us into our first vehicle. You always hear that CarMax or Carvana are the best places to get cars but Driver Select is definitely the way to go. They live up to what they advertise. And with employees like Josh making it a thousand times easier, it makes car buying so easy and stress free. He answered all the questions we had and was super easy to work with through the whole process. In under a day within contacting him we were in a brand new car and we couldn’t be happier. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get into a new car!

Marcelo was wonderful from start to finish. I applied online and was contracted by Marcelo who was able to text me quotes on my phone while I was at work and answer all my questions. When I arrived to the dealership he was friendly and made me feel really comfortable about making such a big purchase. I test drove the car and fell in love came back and he had the paperwork ready for me even helped me find the cheapest insurance rate. He even noticed a small detail that was wrong with the car and got it fixed right away. He was the best car salesman I've ever encountered and would definitely recommend driverselect and Marcelo.

An issue arose during transaction that was quickly resolved. Simply put, they did the right thing even though it cost them money. No one made any excuses for the issue they simply handled it. 5 star guys. I very much appreciate the level of honesty and integrity.

Marcelo Palomo is the best over there. He made sure the car buying experience smoothest possible. The overall experience is very close to apple store experience. Marcelo was very prompt in responding to questions. I was amazed by his response time. He said it is a no pressure zone which i really liked. He never forced me to buy fast and gave me ample time to decide. I would definitely recommend drivers select. One last thing is the moment I drove my car home I realized that one of the headlights is not working. I contacted Maecelo he said customer support is going to come back to me, I have to see how it goes.

I was a little skeptical about the price and the promise of an easy transaction. I drove over from Jackson, MS and this dealership and their business model deliver in a big way. I have been shopping this infinit qx60 for a couple month between Atlanta and Dallas. They had a great price, quailty vehicle, and excellent service from Eric Brinkley. I don’t know if I’ll be able to buy another used car from another dealership ever. I love their business model, offer a car at a fair price, no hidden fees , and get your customer and the car out on the road. Lower margins and move high quality cars off the lot and everyone is happy. I know Jackson won’t get a dealership like this one, but it gives me another excuse to come over and see my sister and brother-in-law. I’ll be back in August for a truck.
