Something isn't right I called for a price for my car to get an oil change and they said they can't give me the price until they are done. I guess that way they can charge me whatever they want this isn't how you do people. I guess I need to find a new place to take my business.

The manager is very rude. He doesn't think anyone is right but him. He does not care for customers unless he receiving money from them. He see his customers as money and that's it. He is not friendly . He will not work with you he works against you. I like dealing with friendly people. Everyone in the office doesn't show any kind of friendliness to the customers. I didn't feel comfortable there. The manager Dave York and Brandon are not very cooperative at all. They speak very rudly and show no concern. This is the worst place to go for a car.

I almost backed out closing the deal & I wish I had. 2 days later I could have had an Accent $1400 cheaper. & I already in less than 2 weeks have had 2 problems with the car. I will be calling the service department again tomorrow morning. I told the salesman I would be writing this

Was never treated like a walking comission.As we have been at other dealers. But at Cav kia in Jonesboro ar, we were treated like part of our salesmans family. (Rooster is his nickname) Mr.Harry was great. Thanks KIA of Jonesboro!!!

Great people. Glad I bought a kia soul. The service people where careful and attentive to what needed to be done. It took a little longer than I hoped to buy the car but it was again careful and helpful.
