LOVE my new Highlander
OMG the car is awesome. Scott was great during the process!And he spent so much time teaching me all about the electronics, etc. It actually talks to me!!!! Thank everyone at the dealership for me and I will recommend my friends to Scott.

Sales was fine, everything has been horrible!
We bought a 2013 Lexus ES 350 on Jan 7. I purchased the extended warranty and the Lou Fusz "Car Pass". I was told the car pass would be honored at ALL Lou Fusz dealers, including the one in Fairview Heights, IL and it's purpose is to "get us to the front of the line for oil changes". IT IS NOT, either of those things. I have no idea what it is for other than taking more money from us. They also owed us another key. It's almost July & they still have not given us our other key. The "key guy" only visits the Fairview Heights dealer on Mondays. My wife works in St. Louis & three different times I've taken her car in to get the key...he's NEVER there & they refuse to make an appointment for me because they're not sure if he'll be there or not. They also refuse to honor the "car pass" agreement. We've spoken to several people about the issue & always get the, "that's not my department" run around answer. They've also refused to refund our money for the car pass membership that is WORTHLESS!

Helpful without the haggle
Eric Gustafson was fantastic. My wife and I visited Eric a first time. He let us browse and only came to check on us to make sure we had all of our questions answered. After shopping around for a a few weeks we returned to test drive a new highlander. We bought it that day and had a great experience the whole way through with Eric. Highly recommend.

Scion Purchase with Milton
I had already been coming to this dealership for routine maintenance on my existing car and was always impressed with the service and staff. Quite Positive
I dread having to buy a car - and spend a lot of time with mickey mouse stuff at the dealership. Shane Roemer was very responsive via e-mail as I looked for the right car and then my purchase at the dealership was just about as efficient as could be expected. I would recommend both Shane (and Dave Koob who pitched in while Shane was out recovering from surgery) and the dealership. Thanks for your help!

Hassle free experience
My experience at Fusz Toyota was completely hassle free. Scott Christensen, the dealer who helped me find my brand new Toyota Corolla, was professional and helpful. He was not pushy or manipulative, something I kind of expected from a car dealer. Scott answered all of my questions and concerns and was respectful of my time. One of the best dealers in St.Louis for buying vehicles.
