This was my first time buying a new car. Not once did I feel pressured to get something I didn't want, and the whole process went very smoothly. I truly felt taken care of by Kris and the rest of the team. Everyone was honest, and I know I got a fair deal. The commitment to customers and building lasting relationships is very much apparent. I couldn't have asked for a better car buying experience.

We visited Lou Fusz after we had found the vehicle we we looking for online. I called and talked to Jeff Bohnert. I asked him if they still had the CR-V in their inventory. He said they did, so I asked if we could come in for a test drive around 5:30 PM. We came in at 5:30, he had the car puled up ready to be inspected by us. The first thing I noticed was that JOYFM, a Christian radio station I listen to, was playing. I thought "What a God send." We took it for a drive and were pleased. When it came to negotiating on price, Jeff had no objection of my fair offer. Jeff made us feel comfortable while we negotiated and didn't pressure us. We would have purchased the CR-V that night except that the finance person had left for they day. This was fine because Jeff was going to have the CR-V detailed for us with a full tank of gas anyway. My wife went the next day and purchased the CR-V and was very pleased. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Lou Fusz. I bought a Carolla from them in 2007 and still drive it today.

I was shopping for a car and knew I wanted to buy within the next 1-3 days. I went in knowing generally what kind of car I wanted (4 door sedan, preferably toyota or honda for reliability) and how much I wanted to spend. Matt was great about showing me everything he had within that range and didn't try to get me to buy something that was outside of my price range. All his cars were marked at fair market price so you don't have to worry about him trying to pull a fast one on you. He was kind, patient, and strait forward. Overall I had a great experience with him and everyone else at Lou Fusz Toyota in Kirkwood, MO.

I contacted Jeff Bohnert via e-mail to inquire about a used Mini Cooper which was listed on the Lou Fusz website. His reponse was very prompt, friendly, courteous and helpful. We set an appointment for me to come in to drive the MINI and he again was very helpful, courteous and put me at ease in getting through the whole process. Jamey Hartley discussed current insurance coverage with me in relation to taking the MINI that day and also offered to send me a quote for comparison of rates. He too was most helpful and friendly. Bill McKeown took care of the finance portion of the transaction and again, he too was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend working with these indviduals to anyone in the market for a used vehicle.

My experience with Lou Fusz was very pleasant. Jeff Bonhert made the process easy and effortless. I had my last Toyota for 17 years and I wasn't sure what I wanted or even what a newer car had to offer. Jeff was very knowledgeable about the cars he showed me. I appreciated his honesty about some of the features that I was uncertain about as far as what I thought I needed in a car. I had narrowed down my selection to three cars. Again, Jeff was able to point out features of the cars (both pros and cons based on what I told him I was liked) that helped me make my final decision. In the end I made a confident choice and purchased a 2013 Camry. I am very happy with my purchase. I would also like to mention Tracy with helping me with my loan application. She too was very helpful and provided knowledgeable answers. I would definitely recommend Jeff in the future to anyone looking to purchase a car as well as the Lou Fusz dealership in general.

Worked with Jeff Bohnert at Lou Fusz. He was great, able to talk to me about both used and new cars. We finally chose a new 2013 Prius C and he did a great job explaining the car's many great features. We got a good deal with his help. Highly highly recommended. Dealer was packed with Saturday shoppers and the financing people were very back up and Jeff Bohnert stayed very late to make sure all we got the best service. Very happy with the car 51 mpg city - woo hoo!

I needed to get a used vehicle and there was no doubt in my mind where to go first. Lou Fusz and its reps are all about customer satisfaction. They are not high pressure sales people out to make a quick buck. They are genuine, down to earth, helpful people that speak in terms anyone can understand. They go out of their way to help you get into the vehicle that you really want. I cannot speak highly enough about their entire team, both on the new side and the pre-owend. They are always professional, friendly, and quick to communicate! They have a customer for life and I recommend them to everyone that I know!
