The sales person and staff were polite, however, everything else was an issue. It took 7 hours from the time we walked in to the time we left. We even told them which vehicles on the lot we wanted to test drive. It took and hour and a half to even get in a vehicle to look at it. Payment was more than we wanted but I finally gave up because we had been there forever. The vehicle started having issues the very next morning. We called and the sales person set up for us to bring it on over my wife's lunch break and said they would diagnose it and get it in for repair right away. When she arrived they took it to the service department and promptly brought it back saying it was covered under warranty and we needed to call and make a service appointment. We are never going there again. Not to buy a vehicle and not for any service. Terrible customer service!

Everyone I encountered with was AWESOME. Y’all should go see them they are the BEST in GA that I’ve ever worked with as far as purchasing an vehicle!!!

I dropped of my car for a repair on Monday and by Friday afternoon it was ready. Nick was great, he kept me posted on the progress as requested. Additionally, I had an enterprise rental I picked up in Lawrenceville and when i went to pick up my car, the front desk associate mentioned to me I can leave it there. Great to see excellent customer service like this and a one stop shop for customers.

half dozen lug nut plastic covers were not completely tightened, could be turned by fingers(had same problem at last visit).possible to have satellite station?(probably not cost effective).

The service center did an excellent job at doing my service promptly and having an outstanding turn around time I will definitely bring my truck back again

I like easy, get it done and done correctly, little details mean everything to me. Hendricks is hard to beat with their service. They are not the cheapest but you pay for what you get.

This place has really left the old days of treating s customer like they aren’t bad just another number. Get financing first! They will run your credit a hundred times. I had a 750 going in. Once they were done, it was 693! Now my truck has to go in because an engine light is on and the dealer tag isn’t even off the truck yet!

The process was fast and to the point and the dealer never tried to make me buy something I didn’t want , he worked hard on a deal for my vehicle
