Jonathan was extremely kind and helpfu! My 944 developed a starting problem that was quite hard to diagnose, but turned out to be a case of chewed wires. All is fine now!

Do not service your car here. At your own risk
I took my 2016 Cayenne in to check the transfers case as my research indicated that it is known to break. There is a notice to all Porsche Dealerships of this problem and The Porsche of America has extended the warranty on the transfer case for several years because of the transfer case failure. My vehicle was not checked to see if it met the criteria by the customer rep. He was immediately interested in that I had a limited warranty ,which he said more than once and some parts may not be covered. It was the warranty that came with the car. I was lectured about the loaner that was given to me, telling me it has gsp, return it with gas, and don't leave the state. After speaking the warranty company and getting a full understanding that they will pay for the msrp price of the part involved, I understood what I was up against. After the customer rep called the warranty company , he tells me that "their corporate policy is to charge me a "customer " price for the parts not covered. I asked for that policy in writing and was told they don't have it in writing. I additionally had to argue with the customer rep about my loaner being covered by the warranty company ,after being told by the warranty company that they would cover it. The rep. wanted to argue with me based on his past knowledge on the warranty company. HE seemed to know more about the warranty company then he did about his job. I could not get an exact price for my bill until I got there to pick it up. After a conversation with one of the customer reps , he adjusted my bill slightly. I got in my car and found that they had "tested my car for 70 miles. They did not put gas in it, but I was expected me to put gas in their loaner. And I later realized the next day that my rear wiper handle was broken, my low fuel indicator was turned off, and the tripmeter was reset. Do not bring your car here for service. Where is the incentive for me to be a repeat customer?

Really great, easy experience trading in my 2019 Macan
Really great, easy experience trading in my 2019 Macan and buying a new 2023 Macan. (1) No aggravating dragged out negotiation. I wasn't interested in haggling back and forth between dealerships and they made it easy for me. (2) Once we made a deal, the actual visit could not have been more efficient or easier! I live in Virginia, about 1.5 hours away, so taking half a day to do this would be a drag. I was in and out in roughly 1.5 hours, which was about 50% of the time it took me with a different MD dealership on my last Porsche. I was in at 10:15, out by 11:30-45 or so; back home by 1:15 p.m. That's huge - trading cars should not take your whole day! And this dealer showed me that they valued my time, which made me very happy. (3) Very kind, gracious folks there - everyone was great. Chris, Kevin - everyone was great. (4) They gave me the loveliest gift bag. Honestly, I was so focused on getting things taken care of that I didn't even notice this until I got home. But it was incredibly thoughtful and definitely made my day! Thank you, Porsche-Owings Mill! I'll be back!!

I purchaa Ford car when they still owned the franchise.
I purchaa Ford car when they still owned the franchise. I was bamboozled into buying a service and maintenance plan that I won't be able to use. GM (GENO) inidicated they would correct the issue and acted like it wouldn't be an issue. I go up there to learn they sold the Ford franchise 2 weeks ago and can't assist me. Don't fall for their scam.
