Poor customer service.

Poor customer service. Never again will I buy another vehicle at this dealership. The reason is the SERVICD DEPT. Is horrible. I brought my car for a service after it left me stranded in southern Ca. I went to dealership and they stated 3-4 days for them to diagnose my vehicle but suggested an appt which I setup for the following week. I brought the car in on Thursday and was was told by Aric that it would take 3-4 days to just look at it even with an appt?? He also stated they did not loan cars or rent one for me. My vehicle is still under warranty plus I have the extended warranty. He was arguing with me in front of another client (America’s tire employee). They were just looking at us. Totally rude. Never again. I even called David Lemus and left him a voicemail. It’s been 4 business days and he has yet to call back. This dealership just wants to sell cars but not service them. Don’t go here. The service department is horrid..

Jake the sales representative did a great job on the phone and inside customer service. The general manager Jeff, was also welcoming. Overall I had a great experience with the coffee, test drive, and Lyft service. Keep up the great work!

Was very happy with the way I was treated by the staff at this dealership. Low pressure and they all make you feel comfortable. Juan in sales was very knowledgeable and I’m happy with my deal. They even sent a man close to two hours to my home to pick up some things and get some papers signed. Would buy there again.

Came in knowing what I wanted Juan put it all together and made it easy. I asked him to make it quick and easy and thats exactly what he did. He offered to even deliver it to my house since I came alone and live over an hour away.
