I couldn’t recommend Krystal Chrysler Jeep more! They are the most transparent dealership anywhere in the area. There are no typical “let me talk to the finance manager”, while you wait for an hour, games. Tim Maltbie is a great salesman. I was able to get exactly the vehicle I wanted - at the interest rate I deserved - and spent less than an hour at the dealership in total. If you’re looking for a new or used vehicle don’t waste your time at the other places...just go to Krystal!

Amazing customer service
I purchased my Jeep at Krystal nearly two years ago in the best car-buying experience I've ever had. I continue to get my Jeep serviced here because both the people are so kind and the prices are competitive. Because of work (pesky day jobs!) I was 25 minutes late to my last appointment. Plus, I spilled almost an entire cup of coffee in my cup holders. The staff made me feel at ease and told me not to worry about being late. They also told me not to worry about the coffee and cleaned it out. To top it off, they replaced my registration sticker, which has been sitting in my glove compartment for months (oops.) I really cannot recommend this dealership enough. The people are so kind, the service is excellent and the selection of vehicles is great.

They made my car buying experience as fast and stress free as possible, Daniel Y. was awesome he helped me get into my 2019 Cherokee so I didn’t have to drive an hour and a half back the next day. Very down to earth people and good customer service easily 5 stars.
