VERY GOOD -- AS USUAL
I have been buying cars for around 40 years. Krystal Jeep is like the dealerships of old. Always fair and do not push you into a car, just to sell something. The service + parts are also helpful + take care of you in a professional, helpful way. My girlfriend + myself have bought many autos from Krystal, with no problems. Mostly dealt with Tim Maltbie , in sales. He has done great getting the deals, we felt happy with. We have even sent many friends to buy from Tim + Krystal, because of their service.

Over-all positive but stressful.
This was between my son and my-self the 4TH car bought or leased in a little over 3 years with this dealership. All other deals was with John and he was missed, I can become anxious and don't like the hard sell and need space. Brandon eventually read me and served me well.

They were able to get me the deal I was looking for AND they got me the exact vehicle I was looking for from another dealer in the area within a day!
