Both the salesman Brian and the manager Dan made the process so easy. They gave us a great price and much more on trade than expected. I live about 75mi from this dealership and Brian in sales was so helpful and accommodating in helping prepare the sale over the phone. I was able to get there, drive the car, sign & leave in about an hour thanks to being able to get things ready ahead of time! Very happy with my new Jeep Compass. I would like to start by saying that I thought that my family and I have been looking for the right Jeep for two years. Surprisingly, it seems like we were actually looking for the right dealership. Everyone at Krystal’s was kind and curtious. However, in my opinion the salesman that worked with us made all of the difference. Eric went above and beyond in all aspects of the process. We spent close to three hours essentially grilling him about numerous topics. Eric not only answered all of our questions, he printed out numerous documents so we could compare choices, options and financing. It was his willingness to work for us that made us ultimately purchase a Jeep. When we picked our Jeep up, we met with Brian. Like Eric, he was accommodating and patient, as we inidated him with numerous questions. For me, the great experience was made even better when Brian told us that he would like to take a picture of us by our new Jeep. After our confused looks, he explained that the dealership owner requests this practice, and views all the photos every morning. This tells me that the owner of Krystal’s is someone who truly cares about the people who are purchasing the vehicle and not just the bottom line.
