So a great experience! Tina was amazing! That's why we drove 2.5 hours to mk our purchase. Her flair for life, connectivity and product knowledge made it fun, warm, and very comfortable. So nice to hv some feminine energy in the auto world, We will return to purchase from her again. Meeting the owner was very nice, great real energy not fake salesmanship. He is a true testament to longevity in an ever changing industry. The facility was open, clean, organized with great flow. Finance tk time to explain the many little details in the fine print, and kindly provided our pup cold water. As all things always hv rm to improve... we did ask to be sure to get the DMV pw processed timely as the temp tag really a transport tag and exp quickly and we live in VT. We were told absolutely. That did not happen. Transport tag expired, paperwork still on a desk at dealer since 4/20 xxx date. So hd pw fedex to us and now I hv to take day off work, drive round trip 2hrs to VT DMV plus time there, and get my registration done. Not cool. Not sure who's charge it was to process this pw for tag tax ect at dealer, but there is rm to improve there. We were checking mail everyday for tags, a call saying not processed would uv bn nice. And for sure that dept should run a help flag up the pole if behind in workload. Honest review here! Bc of the many great points, I hv given of my time to provide this feed back. Ty!!

So impressed with this dealership and especially Nicole. Honestly the best car buying experience we have ever had from a dealership. Nicole is a wonderful saleswoman, knowledgeable, honest and competent. You can tell she cares about you being happy with your purchase and not at all pressured. Great atmosphere at this dealership. Don’t settle make the call or the drive. Well worth it. We’re beyond happy we shopped and bought here.
