Elizabeth was great to deal with, she always got back to me quickly and with accurate information. She had the paperwork ready and waiting for me when I arrived. The Ram 1500 I purchased was extremely well detailed on the inside when I picked it up, unfortunately the wax and buff job on the outside was a little iffy as there were superficial scratches all over the clear coat. Luckily I was told I could get a free detail if I couldn't clear it up myself whenever I wanted. Overall it was a nice experience, would return.
