My experience was smooth and easy. Brandon was very prompt on his part and was able to take the car home the next day after my test drive appointment. Had to have the car by Friday. This shop is very understanding and easy to work with. I moved back to Ny less than 2 months ago and finding qualifying residency paper work and such was tricky but they were able to work with everything that I had brought them. Very pleased with my experience.

I saw the car I wanted online. I called and spoke to Elizabeth Tapia to arrange a test drive. Elizabeth made the experience of buying my new car absolutely drama free. The transaction was smooth and easy. The vehicle I bought was fairly price and what they gave me for my trade-in was also fair. My experience remanded positive even after I got my car as few minor issues were taken care of hassle free. If you are in the market for a vehicle do yourself a favor and head to Krystal Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram Inc.
