We were shown a vehicle that we absolutely loved and found out that it was below asking price. My credit isn't great but they were straightforward and honest and allowed us to get the best deal possible. Great, honest people doing a good job.

I was so impressed with Gretna Auto. First impression, clean, modern, gigantic, I felt like I was in Beverly Hills. The staff was totally friendly, the purchase went smooth with no problems what so ever. The sales manager went out of his way to make this simple for me. Brad was the best salesperson ive ever dealt with. I will recommend Gretna Auto Outlet to everyone I know. AWSUM establishment.

They did good over all, they could have easily been jerks, but they chose to try to make the deal work vice giving up. Prices are high, but clean trucks.

Our salesman listened carefully to what we explained we were looking for in a vehicle. He was knowledgeable and shared helpful information. We bought the first vehicle that he showed us. We left feeling we got the perfect vehicle at the right price.

Our dealer, Mitch Hanson, was patient, courteous, and helpful. The dealership had a good selection of used trucks at fair prices. We were able to test drive the autos we were interested in without issue and without waiting. Financing was helpful as well.

Tom helped me find a truck. My criteria was a truck with a backseat under 100k miles, under $15k and four wheel drive. He got me into a GMC Canyon with cool chrome wheels and a Gpa system which really has been useful in my job. The backseat is plenty big enough for my kids. Tom got me a fair trade in value for my old car and a payment that was well within my budget. I would recommend him and all the staff at gretna auto outlet to anyone who is looking for a reliable clean used car!!

I called to see about financing a newer van and wasn't sure with credit score not being as high as I'd like being a single income family of 6, however called and spoke with Tom (the all in 1 guy) which was amazing not being shuffled around to 5 different people and he called back with approval in less than an hour! Scheduled a sitter so that we could come and sign and we were in and out in no time. He also went above and beyond to make sure we really liked our buying experience. The only downside was when I found a couple of things within a day or two that either weren't working or wasn't a part of the vehicle such as 2 dvd players and the dvd remote that we thought were in there, I reached back out and he was a little short after the sale was completed, almost like I was bothering him. When I asked about the mechanic's name he gave during signing our papers (as I forgot the name and didn't have the card on hand) he texted back (didn't i give you THEIR (in all caps) card? I do not like feeling like I'm bothering or annoying somebody and don't like to offend or make anybody upset so this hurt my feelings a bit as I'm pretty sensitive lol. I do realize he is a very busy guy and maybe it was a rough day but I would appreciate the same love even after the sale. Tom did say to take the van to Omaha glass pro and they could possibly take care of it and bill the dealer which was very great! Overall it was a good experience and we will try this dealer out again for future purchases. One other thing I would recommend is letting buyers know if oil change was completed or even have used vehicles' oil changed prior to selling as an over the top experience :) I did go and pay for the oil change shortly after I purchased. The only reason not a 5 star is because of the follow through experience was not as friendly as I would've liked and appreciated.

My salesman had been there for only a week at the time of my visit, but he did a very good job with his first sale:). The financing staff was very helpful as well, working to get me a fair price on a service package.

My husband and I had just bought a truck at another local dealership a month ago and had had a rather bad experience, but we needed to trade that truck in because it was not big enough to pull our trailer. We were gun shy about going to another dealership, but because of need we started looking at trucks on Craigs List and ran across Gretna Auto Outlet. We identified four trucks that we wanted to look at and made an appointment to meet with Ed. Immediately upon meeting him I knew he was not your typical used car salesman. He listened to our needs and spent a good amount of time working with us until we found the truck that was right for us. There was very little back and forth required to reach acceptable terms and Scott in finance made the financial process fun and unintimidating. We left not feeling like we had made a huge mistake and I can honestly say that I would recommend Gretna Auto Outlet to my family and friends.
