I would not recommend buying a car from this dealer.

I would not recommend buying a car from this dealer. I purchased a slightly used 2023 Honda Civic Si in January. I was aware of some minor issues with the vehicle, which I was fine with and planned to fix after buying. When I asked the salesman about the vehicle history report, she assured me that the car was clean and had no "issues" with the vehicle. She attempted to pull up the Carfax for me on the dealer website, but the resource was conveniently unavailable. She disclosed that she was the one who purchased the car from the auction and said that it was in great condition with no accident history. That day, I placed a nonrefundable $500 deposit on the vehicle so it was on hold while I got loan paperwork handled through USAA. After leaving the dealership, I immediately checked the vehicle's history through CarFax and found out that the vehicle was involved in a "minor" rear-end accident back in 2023. I was disappointed since I was lied to by the dealership, but I still really liked the car and decided to buy it anyway. I didn't want to forfiet my $500 I had placed earlier that day. I purchased the car a few days later and drove it off the lot. IMMEDIATELY after getting on some backroads and going 70+ MPH, the car began to crabwalk back and forth across the road. It was insanely hard to keep the car between the white and yellow lines. At one point, I almost lost control of the vehicle while going around a curve. I decided to take it to my local Honda dealership for maintenance the same day. They found that the alignment was off, specifically on the rear passenger side. It was toed 1.93 degrees and was only able to be realigned to around 0.9 degrees due to some underlying damage on the vehicle that occurred during the rear-end accident. After speaking with the sales manager, he assured me that all vehicles go through a thorough inspection process before being listed for sale. This includes the alignment. He offered to "take a look" and said that a new alignment was "an easy fix". JT AUTO was aware of the alignment issues, but cut corners and were too lazy to fix it, or at least fix it as best as possible without replacing an expensive part. They don't care about the condition of the vehicle, and they surely don't care about the safety of the customers they're selling too. They only care about money. Don't trust this dealership with your money, time, and certainly not your safety. I'll never return, and I strongly urge others to think twice before doing business here.

Samantha as a sales person is absolutely amazing but that

Samantha as a sales person is absolutely amazing but that is where the amazing stops! I purchased a 2017 Jeep Wrangler back in Sept 24 already lifted brand new tires looked great! Still needed some work done to the steering as you couldn’t keep it straight but knew what I was buying! When purchasing the vehicle also purchased an extended warranty! Now extended warranties are ment to be used for repairs that are covered but it was never disclosed to me that the warranty could only be used at that dealership! $3400 later additional to my vehicle purchase they have not instated the warranty with the company as the warranty company has nothing on file with my warranty number and following the instructions on the warranty to call prior to service they cannot help me! I live over and hour and half away and JT Auto Group is refusing to release the warranty or in fact pay for it so it can be used the correct way! They in turn want me to drive a now over heating vehicle over and hour to their shop for service! I didn’t pay $3400 to not be able to use this or have a warranty company tell me I don’t even have a contract with them when I’m holding the signed contract! Don’t buy here if you don’t have to!

This customer just had a warranty repair released and paid on March 27. Customer had called wanting the claim released in March, It was explained at that time; we had first right of refusal and we were going to need to do the repair. Customer stated the shop she had it at had already began the repair and it was torn apart before the claim was released or authorized. Because her jeep was already being repaired and despite the protocol not being followed, we approved the claim for that shop. It was explained at that time that all future claims would need to her handled here at this shop due to the first right of refusal. She stated she was hours away yet the repair was done at a shop less than 45 minutes from here. She called back on Friday wanting us to release another claim. She was reminded that all future claims were to be handled here as it was explained on her very first phone call. Customer was also advised if this claim was related to the prior repair, it should go back to the shop who performed the warranty repair but all new claims would have to be handled here. Belinda.... I already live 45 minutes away from previous shop that service was being done at so again you are verifying my claim that you are an hour and half away from current residence where I live. When purchasing this extended warranty it was not told by the sales rep Samantha that it could only be used at JT Automart and not anywhere else like any other extended warranty. The paperwork that was issued to me clearly states to call the 1-800 number at the bottom prior to any service being done to verify the repair was covered which is what I myself and the dealership did. Upon the dealership calling they were notified that no current warranty contract under my name or contract number was in their system and verified that the original contract had not been paid for by JT Automart to instate. So yes I was following the directions outlined on my contract and then found out yall are requiring service at your dealership. Unfortuanately I am not going to drive almost 2 hours to use an extended warranty when extended warranties are purchses to be used at any repair shop offering warranty work which is what is stated in the contract that I have signed. So again this is not how extended warranties work and this has been checked by both warranty company and several other dealerships in the car market! Yes I do understand that you as in JT Auto Mart paid the dealership who did repairs by a credit card payment not by warranty payment so it is led to believe and still showing true by the First Automotive Warranty company that there is still no active warranty in their system under my name and for my vehicle so the $3400 that was paid by my finance company for this warranty is just being pocketed by the dealership! So again do not purchase a vehicle from this dealership or an extended warranty if you dont plan on living locally to this dealership to be able to utilize the warranty because I was not driving an overheating vehicle 2hrs to be serviced!

If you are thinking about buying a car from this place

If you are thinking about buying a car from this place DON'T! We drove over 8 hours to buy a truck that was put on hold with a fully refundable deposit. When we arrived we noticed several things wrong with the truck. I wouldn't start and had to be boosted off and when driving it immediately started throwing codes. We decided against purchasing and we were immediately told that they wouldn't refund the deposit while we were there and told us to call corporate back Monday. Now they will not return phone calls and we have been hung up on twice by the salesman when asking about our refund. I will be contacting my attorney. Nothing but dishonest thieves! RUN don't walk away from this dishonest dealer!

I purchased a BMW X7 from JT Auto Group at 3132 Jefferson

I purchased a BMW X7 from JT Auto Group at 3132 Jefferson Davis Highway Sanford, NC 27332. My purchase date was in January 2025. They sold me a vehicle that had some transmission issues. I wasn't able to spot the difference when I drove off but less then 30 minutes in my two hour drive back home it started having issues. It immediately needed to be addressed. Skipping when taking off and skipping in reverse . Now I am trying to talk to the service manager Belinda to let her no , I had to tell the secretary the issue so she can let Belinda know once she gets out of her meeting and Belinda will call me back I waited days on the phone call back , while I kept waiting to hear back from Belinda, I took BMW x7 truck to the BMW dealership I told them the same issue I told the service department secretary at JT Auto Group . The BMW dealership had the vehicle for a week while they were doing their diagnosis, then after a week later BMW said they test drove vehicle AND DUPLICATED CONCERN. Quote T/CASE ATTENTION SOON REPLACE TRANSFER CASE ASSY. I am still calling and leaving messages at JT Auto Group Service Department for Belinda to call me back and the secretary always say she is in a meeting, I will have her call you back . No Belinda didn’t call me back she had the secretary call me back and said bring car back in so we can do our diagnosis , so I drove two hours back to Sanford and they had it for a week, in my mind okay they had it for a week they fixed the problem but no not fixed but finally Belinda called me back after I called a few times and said they drove the truck and they did not feel any jerking/ skipping on the vehicle the truck is fine, I then told her if the vehicle was fine I wouldn’t have brought it to you are took it to the bmw dealership, then she said if it happens again bring it back , I drove two hours back to go get the vehicle and a couple days after, I took the vehicle back to the service department at JT Auto Group because the issue I took it to them for was still happening every time I take off or back up It feels like the vehicle is skipping/jerking and now for the second time they had it for a week again and Belinda had her secretary to call me and say they don’t know what I’m talking about. They want the customers to or the warranty to pay for the lemon they sell us and that’s not right. That JT AUTO GROUP is selling cars that have issues .

I purchased a vehicle end of December 2024.

I purchased a vehicle end of December 2024. I still have a temp tag and Last Sunday while out the vehicle had a major rear axle seal leak. It was so bad we did not want to drive it to prevent the entire rear end from locking up. My neighbor a local politician called a mechanic near by and was able to get it there. Long story short it has been repaired and I notified JT auto and a lady who is the repair manager did not even say "sorry to hear that" she just emailed me we don't do this and that. I was not looking for a refund but now the mechanic notified me it has a cracked manifold. I feel JT auto should fix the major issue. They are just selling expensive vehicles and washing them. No one should have such repairs while still having a temp tag.

Our normal procedures for our vehicles coming soon are as follows. The vehicle's procedures have to go through a reconditioning process. It has to go through the service department, detailed department, photo, and then price. As soon as it is available, we can provide you with more information. Which means these vehicles will not be ready to be placed on the lot for sale at the moment. Moreover, during the reconditioning process we may run across vehicle that may have to go back to sender. I initially gave them a good review when purchasing a

I initially gave them a good review when purchasing a truck from them back in July of 2024. It had an check engine light on but I was told that they had just changed the oil. Now, 6 months later I found out that the transmission is trash and I have to buy a new one all the while paying monthly payments on something I can't drive. This truck was bought for work in the business that I own and now I am stuck with this with only repairing this as an option. Check with mechanic before buying any thing from them or you might be sorry.
