My husband found a truck that was at Goldie's in Phoenix. From the initial phone to pickup of the truck the group at Goldie's were incredible. John, Kenny and Micah could not have been any nicer and honest. The truck was well priced and in great condition. Once we received our financing we were having to wait an extra day to fit in the pickup due to work schedules. Micah drove across town and gave my husband a ride back to Goldie's so we wouldn't have to wait another day. While they were on their way back to Goldie's, Micah overheard my husband and I talking about needing jumper cables because my car had battery issues, he was kind and thoughtful with a set a cables as my husband was leaving with the new truck. That's the best customer service we've experienced in a long while. There was no pressure or haggling over the cost. John listened to us explain our financial situation and respected our position. He made it such an easy process and was fair and helpful with every aspect. What a pleasure to work with all of them. Thank you to all of you at Goldie's Motors, Phoenix, Arizona.

My family baught a 2016 Mazda CX-9 from Goldies motors last week. They were AMAZING! Such a different experience than going to a Mazda dealership. As long as we could find the car we wanted at Goldies, we won't ever go any where else!! Highly recommend!! John in the finance department was amazing at getting us the best deal possible! I got a great deal on a used Chevy Impala. It had a problem with the gas gauge a couple weeks after purchase, Goldies's made sure the problem was fixed immediately and at no cost to me. The car has been great for a few months now, thank you John for all of your helpfulness and sincerity.

I can't speak highly enough about my recent experience when purchasing a vehicle from Goldie's inventory of premium used cars. No pressure, no deceptive language, and what seemed like a genuine interest in providing help by everyone from Goldie's sales and service staff encountered during my visit. In addition I couldn't be happier with my selection of a vehicle that has exceeded my expectations. After visiting at least six other dealerships, I ended up at Goldies. I'm so thankful that I made the drive as my buying experience was wonderful. I did not think customer service like theirs still existed. I have shared my experience with friends and family and I know that I will revisit Goldies when the time comes to purchase another vehicle.

We had first inquired about a truck at Goldie's motors from out of state. They got us pre-approved and ready to go when I realized I had overlooked it wasn't 4x4 so I backed out. Fast forward a month and we have moved to Arizona. We decided to have another look and found a Jeep. They kept our approval and our purchase was a breeze! Literally the first time I didn't leave a dealership with a migraine. Not too long after our purchase we started having problems with oil consumption. Come to find out this is a notorious problem with the engine model. We literally started to panic, but after talking to Adam we were quickly back at ease. They sent us to have it inspected and when it turned out the whole engine needed replaced they purchased back our Jeep at full price and got us into another vehicle. When does that ever happen?! We are so grateful for all of their help and saving us from would could have been a major burden. I used to be afraid of used car dealerships, but Goldies motors has forever won our business. They mean it when they say they stand behind their products.
